Ehlenbach's Cheese Chalet Inc. is a very beautiful shop with a huge variety and good selection of so many different cheeses and so much more. This includes a unique variety of brats, jams, and local Wisconsin gift items. The staff is amazing, super friendly, very welcoming, and helpful with questions. Many customers enjoy the tasty taste testing and samples of cheeses, including fantastic chocolate cheese and sharp aged cheddar described as the best. The store has easy access, prices that aren't outrageous, and is a handy spot to stop. Some visitors note it is the best place in Wisconsin to get cheese, with families returning for over 40 years.

Our family is here from upstate NY and we stopped to try some cheeses to bring home and the staff was super friendly, and helped with our questions about the cheeses and we got to sample some we thought we would be interested in!
