JAT Pharmacy, LLC, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Midwest Veterinary Supply, Inc.We are a fully licensed veterinary pharmacy that dispenses FDA, EPA and USDA approved pharmaceuticals. In addition to dispensing prescription items, we carry veterinary diets and a wide variety of over-the-counter products. Our customers are exclusively veterinarians. We respect the Veterinarian Client Patient Relationship (VCPR) and require all sales to be approved by the veterinarian.

Great experience with this pharmacy! Laura and the other pharmacists have been very understanding and accommodating in answering questions and fulfilling orders. Their patience and willingness to take time to explain things has made a real difference. I'm truly grateful for their help in providing peace of mind.

At first I thought all I got was a cardboard without my puppy’s pill but I called customer service and they explained to me that they ship their pills inside and to tear it open and it should be in there and it was! pretty awesome!
