Very disappointed in UPS. Dropped a package off worth $800 it was very clearly mishandled. I paid an additional $160 to ship it. I was told by your representative I’d get the full amount then was ignored. Then called and was told I needed a bid page which I uploaded and you guys once again told me I’d get my money. Then I call back and find out you voided my case and all you can offer me is $180!!!! Are you serious ? I’m out $960 and almost a bad review (thankfully the buyer understood how UPS can be) this is ridiculous!

Only bring your returns here AFTER you printed your return label and properly placed the label on your package. This location is basically a in-house drop off, no additional services provided.

They did their job, they took my package. Not sure how anyplace can "excel" at that. Convenient as it is near my place of work.
