Terrible excuse for customer service at the pharmacy, a complete lack of professionalism. They are rude and dismissive to their customers. I will never get my prescriptions here again, and I'm not likely to return to this Walgreens.

The pharmacist on staff dropped the 'f' word in front of customers. Other staff from photo reported in front of numerous customers to pharmacy that, 'there's a customer on hold and she's real pissy, good luck.' The pharmacy also told me to come back after an hour. I did. Then told me to come back in 20 minutes. I did. Then told me to come back another day. I would have given no stars, but that wasn't an option.

I really hope Walgreens corporate sees this and shuts them down, this is a bad representation of their brand as a whole. They close the pharmacy for days on end with no assistance to those that have prescriptions there. Dont tell me they can’t send someone from corporate to fill in at the pharmacy if need be, you are messing with peoples health. A million stars to sun prarie for picking up their slack. Won’t ever send a prescription to De Forest again.

Not worthy of a single star! I had to put 1 in to get this to post! My prediction is this pharmacy is closing within 6 months. THE WORST customer service. Snotty rude workers. Prescriptions are not filled for days. Cancer patients can't wait. My advice. Transfer your prescriptions to Hometown Pharmacy across the street. We are!!!!!!!

Pharmacy is extremely rude no customer experience. Couldn’t get my prescription it’s been 4 hours!!!!!!!! Not apologetic honestly didn’t care. I’ve never seen such rude people before!!!!! While I waited inside they helped over 12 people with their prescription but I’m waiting 4 plus hours. Don’t fill your prescription here because you will wait till the next holiday, and the techs there are carefree. Asked for a manger to explain what’s going on do you think 45 mins waiting for a manger I’d actually speak to a person!? Nope!!! 👎

Why do you post open till 10 when an order placed at 7 was not able to be picked up before 9 because you are closed!!!! No wonder so many walgreens are closing up for good if this is how you run business

DO NOT use this pharmacy. They will say they give you a 90 day supply and charge the insurance for it but will give you a 30 day supply or just completely leave it out of the bag and not give you it at all. After this happened the first couple of times they said they had made changes so it wouldn't keep happening but it has not stopped. If you do use them make sure to check every RX you pick up for accuracy. I have no idea how they are still able to be open.
