I recently encountered two separate issues with my window switches, which were not covered under my manufacturer’s warranty. On both occasions, I reached out to Caliber Collision in Delafield and was very satisfied with the overall service provided. The entire process, from ordering the necessary parts to scheduling the appointment, was easy and fast. Chris W. was flexible in accommodating my schedule, and the repairs were completed more quickly than anticipated. I appreciate the professionalism and seamlessness of the entire experience and strongly recommend the Delafield Caliber location to anyone seeking dependable auto body service.

Chris, the GM dealt with my vehicle repair start to finish and couldn’t be happier with the end result. The car was cleaned like new, the repairs are immaculate and he kept me informed throughout the entire process. I don’t recommend places often, but this is an establishment worth reviewing. Good job team!

Caliber Collision in Delafield did a wonderful job repairing our Equinox. We would highly recommend them to anyone. Staff was very friendly and every day let us know where they were on the repair.

Fast and easy. All I did was drop it off. When it was done, early, they called and took a credit card over the phone for the deductible. I was in the hospital, so they dropped my completed truck off at my house! Work looks great!

Not the greatest experience. Had some issues with some aftermarket parts not being installed properly, had some issues as well with what work was actually done on my car and what wasn’t, managers were helpful but overall feel like everything could’ve gone smoother.
