I only stop when I'm in the area or if my local store doesn't have something in stock. However, I won't be going in any longer. There's rude workers every time I go (not all of them but enough). Every time I have gone, they refuse my coupons or don't help with certain sale items. I always go back to my store to fix, return, or exchange. It's just a waste of my time, and I really don't like the rude employees there so I'll stick to the store closer to me.

Greeted by a staff member as she was leaving for the day and then no one checked with me my entire time there. Staff was at the registers talking and not aware of any of the people shopping.
When I checked out, the staff member was very sick and a bit short with me. Sanitizers for staff at the registers would make for a better experience when staff is fighting a bad cold. It wasn't a great visit and I felt unwelcome.

I think it is absolutely ridiculous, that the brick and mortar stores cannot price match the current online prices, especially when you can order the exact same things, for a cheaper price and pick it up in the store on the same day.
