Careful with there sales tatic. The other day i went to go buy a headset and on the display it says sale price of $79.99 and orig price of $100.00 so i grabbed it and went to go check out. Grumpy lil cashier women beacuse i went in there right before they close probaably, swears up and down its not on sale. So i took one of the staff and showed them where the sales tag/display was. The staff says the one that you grabbed was made in 2022 and the ones that are on sale is 2023 or something and states unfortuatally the newer ones are all sold. If i didnt check the price i would've paid original price for old model that there trying to sell. By the way you cant tell the differnce because headset on the box just shows the brand name and model number/name. You would think if there displaying sale item on display and product down below your buying that item but no. Another sour taste was once i came back to the register to pay for my items the grump lady scanned all my items and told me you can only buy one of these product. Nowhere in the store says its limited to one purschase. It almost felt like i trying to buy things but there dictating what i can buy in the store so i ended up not buying any. I would advise just going to brookfied bestbuy or online. There store display sales and what they have in the inventory is not syncing correctly in Delafield and just decieving people.

I'm writing to give a review on my experience on 5/25/25. I was looking for a tablet and was helped by a polite young man, Austin. He asked what I would be using it for, and showed me a couple to choose from. No pressure. He listened to what I wanted & how I would be using the tablet, & pointed out the features I might also want. He also recommended a couple of accessories that I chose to purchase. Again, he was very polite, helpful, and no pressure. I am 80 yrs old, I and really appreciated how respectful he was. I would definitely recommend your store to anyone.

Bought an open box excellent condition lenovo yoga 7i shipped online and it came without charger and not in condition as described. Has black tar and scratches and scuffs and i am disabled and cannot make it to the store to return. I wanted partial refund for missing charger and worse condition and was told that can't be done. Very upset...It was shipped from watertown, WI so i assume it's this location
Edit: now I find out it has bad hardware lol...what a purchase.

I placed an online order for some printer paper from the Best Buy store in Delafield Wisconsin. When I placed the order, it was stated that it would be ready for me to pick up within an hour. It was not available to be delivered.
After waiting for more than two hours to be notified, I checked online and the status stated that it was being prepared for pickup. How long does it take to "PREPARE" a package of printer paper? In any case, I called the store to get an update.
After going through a menu that told me nothing, I asked to speak with a person. After waiting a little longer, I was connected to a person. However, I think that person was in India and not in Delafield Wisconsin! I finally asked him if I could be connected to a person at the Delafield store. I was told that because of the caller volume this was not possible!
I don't think the call volume to the Delafield store is bad enough that I have to speak to a person in India!!! Very, very poor service.
