Best Buy can’t go out of Business soon enough. They scheduled a reservation for a IPhone Battery Replacement. After planning my day around it and showing up for my appointment, the clerk casually suggests they may not have the part. It happens all the time as they don’t have a system that confirms that they can actually perform the service.I attempted to call the neighboring store, hoping they could transfer the part. The person who answered the phone was not at the store. I asked to be transferred to a on site manager and they told me the only way to talk to someone was to drive there. Really?Best Buy will go out of business. I hope it’s sooner the. Later.

I had a pleasant experience at this location. Their inventory was correct online. I stopped in and was greeted immediately. She asked what I was looking for and pointed me in the right direction. I grabbed what I needed and headed out. I just didn't like all the prompts at the register.

Common electronic stuff. Nothing really that interesting overall. Not bad for checking out current top phones and e-watches. But no real camera equipment, vlogging, or selection of drones to speak of.

We went in and bought an iPad Air 5th Generation and asked for the 2nd Generation pencil. When we got home to set everything up, it would not pair. When we went back to the store (15 miles away), no one was helpful. They told us multiple times that the 2nd Generation pencil wasn't compatible with the iPad, which isn't true. They decided to exchange the pencil and when we went to open it to try it in the store, they said you can't open that until you purchase it, which we had already handed back the exchange. When it still wouldn't pair, the employee said I'm not familiar with Apple so I can't help, then walked away. We stopped by Geek Squad and got the same treatment. We decided to go to Target to buy the pencil and realized they kept selling us the USB-C pencil and telling us it was the 2nd Generation. We went back to return it and told them that it was marked incorrectly and they said nothing. We went to talk to the manager about the issue and she just said sorry and nothing further. It was honestly the worst customer service we've ever experienced in our lives.

No help to be found when needed completely ignored. I walked in and around for 25+ minutes looking for a cable and not one person approached or was able to be found except the mobile phone sales people. I went to (of all places) Walmart and walked to the computer area and was immediately able to locate a worker asked why I couldnl find it and she took me right to it and was nice ... I dislike Walmart and I was expecting to be disappointed but I was pleasantly surprised. Sorry best buy delafield.... not impressed more than once ... will not be coming back I'll try Brookfield next time.

Horrible service and I haven't even been to the store yet... Just trying to get a price quote and a time and date for a sound system to get installed in my car, between the horrendous way they have their call system setup and the workers who keep hanging up on me. I will never be spending any money with Best Buy, if I could I would rate them 0 stars. Man do I miss American.

Don't give any best buy your money... buy online. I asked for a hard glass screen protector, and they ordered one for me. Turned out to he one of those garbage rubbery ones. Didn't physically check it as I paid also for installation. They installed it worse than I could've done myself. Refused to refund it. They did say they would re apply a new one, but there weren't any available.Also, when I first got my phone recently from them, the sales rep was misleading about the specs and sold me the wrong model. I had to jump through hoops to get another one. Going to multiple stores and all that. Pay a restock fee.These aren't the only terrible experiences I've had with best buy... just the more recent. Last straw. They do not know what they're talking about and they're terrible at their jobs. Your tech savvy 2nd cousin can do much better.Moral of the story just go online.

Great access! This store is a bit hidden and easy to miss. The sales rep that initially was helping me wasn't very helpful and didn't give a clear explanation of the different laptop models. Thankfully, another employee helped, explained, and found exactly what I was looking for - almost left the store. Once the laptop was found in stock, checkout was a breeze. The best price anywhere for the laptop I could find-even better than their sale price a week later.
