What a pleasant experience going into the Delafield Chase bank location. I was greeted immediately upon arrival by a woman named Athena - she was extremely friendly and helpful. I know the Midwest is always friendly, but this was genuine customer service like no other.

Every time I need to do business in the lobby, everyone is so accommodating and cheerful, it is an absolutely joy to visit with the ladies! I wish all of my public interactions were this good!!!!

This Chase Bank location is almost eerily quiet every time I go in. However, the customer service has always been great!
