There was confusion about what prescription my insurance would cover. CVS resolved the issue.

Just can't take it anymore. 60 years old and this is the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. Males with hair hanging down past their shoulders with painted fingernails. Pharmacists with blue hair. Technicians that have trouble with English to the point where I have to write my name down. Giving me a script then telling me it expires in a few months. DEI at its finest.Avoid at all costs

Terrible pharmacy. They don’t answer their phone. You do the automated refill and show up a day later and perscription not ready

Your automated system is the worst. I get disconnected multiple times, every time I call and you can never get a human to answer your questions. You leave a message and as you’re leaving the message you get disconnected again so you get to call back and do it all over again. Thank god this is for my dog and I can move it to another pharmacy! CVS corporate, test your automated system and see if you don’t swear 20 times while trying to get the answers to your questions!

I always have to wait to get my scripts, they never have them in stock. I stopped by on my way to an appointment, they were closed apparently for lunch. I could not wait because I didn't want to be late. I tried again on Sunday, they closed at 5. OMG, I just want to be able to pick up my scripts. If it wasn't for my insurance mandating I go through CVS, o would never go here.

I had my Veterans Hospital perscription transferred here. They were patient and pleasant as we worked through all the VA red tape about cost. Thankyou.

Ok, today at 10 am I had an appt w/my Dr who phoned in a Rx for me for depression and anxiety. I stopped at CVS and they said all they had was refills and no new Rxs. I waited there 2 1/2 hours for my Dr to call and had multiple calls to her. They kept saying they sent it, but the check out girl kept saying no it didn't come in, all they had was refills. I went home and continued to call my Dr who said they sent it in at 10:15, but CVS said they never got the request. My Dr finally called CVS herself and they said my Rx had been sitting there since 10:15 am. When I got to CVS they said they still didn't have it after they talked to my Dr. Needless to say it didn't help my anxiety. When I got to CVS at 4:30 the same check out girl got snotty and said it wasn't in my profile, and there still was no order???? I told her that in the morning that I said I don't want any refills I just want my new Rx. When it was finally my turn (2 1/2 hours later) she said my refills were ready, I said I didn't want refills and I told you all I wanted was my new Rx. I tried calling and calling CVS and nobody ever picked up. I drove back to CVS and the same checkout girl went through the same scenario that it wasn't in my profile, but I told her to check anyway. I asked to talk to the pharmacist and asked her to look through my refills and sure enough my Rx was sitting there since 10:15 am. I'm pulling all my Rxs out of CVS.

Worst pharmacy. I got two days ago 1 email and 2 phone calls my prescriptions are ready for pickup. I went there yesterday and was told it will take a few minutes. Waited and waited nothing. I left since i dont want to be late for work. I came back today and again I was told it will be a few minutes. I had to wait again. The pharmacy was empty i was the only customer and nothing waited over 10 minutes nothing. Then the pharmacy tech helped someone at the window and took phone calls. Wth?? What about great customer service? I guess this is a foreign word in this pharmacy!! If it is ready and was notified 72 hours prior why i cannot pick up my prescription???

Of all the pharmacies I have used including different Walgreens and CVS this is by far has the nicest ever. The people that serve you are the friendliest and most helpful I've ever run across time after time!It is a tough job these days but they are superb.

Rita, the pharmacy tech at this location, is hands-down the best pharmacy technician I've ever met!! Five stars for their friendly service. However, CVS as a pharmacy itself is awful. They do not give their techs or pharmacists the support of breaks that they both need and deserve. They are working their employees to the bone with no care regarding their mental or physical health. Please take this into consideration if the pharmacy is having a slow or off day - chances are they are understaffed and overworked.

Getting prescriptions filled was easy and timely and the pharmacist was relatively nice concerning my questions, however he changed the instructions given by my care provider. Care provider: take every 8h. Pharmacist changed to: take every 8h as needed. I asked about it and he said that it was to be taken “strictly as needed” and did not explain why he changed the instructions. I have since gone back to my provider and confirmed that yes, the instructions I received in my appointment were correct and I should be taking it daily. This was very frustrating. I was already nervous about taking the new medication and I ended up waiting a week since getting the new med to start taking as instructed to try and manage severe symptoms. It’s one thing to confirm/clarify any instructions with the care provider before changing or at least explain why to the patient, but it’s another thing entirely to change medication instructions given by a doctor with no explanation.
