HORRIBLE! The only positive reviews are from people that work at kindercare. Those are not accurate or honest reviews and a person can only speculate that they were asked to post these fake reviews by kindercare.
There is much more I can say about our experience with kindercare, but the reviews speak for themselves.
Keep a close eye on your tuition payments for any unexpected increases that you were not notified about too.

Exceptional Care and Professionalism at KinderCare Delafield
KinderCare in Delafield has exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment my son began attending, it was clear that this center operates with a high level of professionalism and care. The staff is deeply committed to fostering a nurturing and safe environment where children can thrive both socially and academically.
I have been particularly impressed with the structured and thoughtful approach to behavior management. The teachers demonstrate remarkable patience and skill, ensuring that every child is treated with respect while maintaining clear boundaries. I have never witnessed or heard of any inappropriate behavior being overlooked. In cases where discipline is necessary, the staff utilizes effective strategies such as quiet time to address and correct issues, always with a focus on positive development.
The range of activities offered is also impressive. My son regularly participates in engaging and educational experiences, from group learning sessions to special events like visits from community helpers. These activities not only entertain but also contribute significantly to his cognitive, emotional, and social growth.
Since enrolling at KinderCare, I’ve observed notable advancements in my son’s development, particularly in his communication skills and interactions with peers. The center provides a well-rounded experience, combining structured learning with creative play, all in a supportive atmosphere that encourages children to explore their potential.
I highly recommend KinderCare in Delafield for parents seeking a childcare center that values both professionalism and the individual needs of each child. It is a place where children are truly cared for and guided in a positive direction.

Great Experience at KinderCare Delafield
I’ve been really impressed with KinderCare in Delafield. My son has been going here for a while, and the staff has been awesome—especially Mariah, Brittney, Amanda, and Rachael. They’re all super attentive and really make the kids feel at home. It’s clear they genuinely care about my son’s well-being and development.
One thing I really appreciate is that I’ve never seen or heard anything bad about how the teachers handle the kids. They’re always patient and professional, and I know for a fact that they don’t let any bad behavior slide. I’ve seen how they handle situations like hitting—they have quiet time and other methods in place to make sure every child learns what’s acceptable. It’s comforting to know that the kids are being taught respect and boundaries in a caring way.
The activities they have set up are great. My son’s always talking about how great his days are . It’s not just about keeping the kids busy—it’s obvious these experiences are helping him grow. He’s picking up on new words and improving his social skills in ways I didn’t expect to see so quickly.
I’ve seen first hand how much he’s developed since starting here—physically, socially, and even with his language skills. The team at KinderCare, especially Mariah, Brittney, Amanda, and Rachael, deserve a lot of credit for that. If you’re looking for a place where your kid will be in good hands, this is it.

I highly recommend this place as the teachers were always so friendly and welcoming towards both my kids and i. shoutout to all the teachers there who were caring and kind towards my kids. the new center director really knows what she's doing❤️ i would highly recommend this place to take your babies <3

The facility was dirty unorganized and a noticeable lack of cleanliness. Communication with certain staff was also poor; they rarely provided updates on the children’s day or progress. Then you have Racheal who is mean to the children and lets her child harm the other kids. Her lack of professionalism and compassion was very disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this facility to anyone.

Would not recommend! Child safety and precaution is unregulated. Staff does not carefully monitor the children’s behavior and will never acknowledge incompetence.

Don’t ever send your child there!!! The directors are absolute disaster!!! Mariah can’t even express herself or communicate appropriately with the staff!!! Only agreed to be at this daycare for a discount!!! Aly, the district manager is the worst at commutation? Asked us to talk to her regarding issues in my baby’s room and never got back to men Complete waste of time! No cameras, no appropriate education for the staff! Staff leaves the kids unattended on the charging station! No cleaning crew at all! Staff is Constantly on the phone while working with them! Not sure how about other rooms but baby’s room is absolutely the worst! I was scared every time to leave my child there if I am not working! They were not even able to feed her and communicating on the app is absolutely the worst!!! It says she had the whole bottle and she was starving for 5 hours when I got there and she was only eating 1 oz! Some staff shouldn’t even work there ever!!! They need to install cameras so staff actually watch the kids! Some people made it tolerable there and took great care of my baby girl, thanks to Amanda - the cook and young girls - Katie and her friend! They deserve to be somewhere where they are appreciated much more!

Do not send your kids here! Management is absolutely rude.. they have no real care or concern about the kids they take care of. They yell and fight in front of kids and the parents.. It blows my mind they haven't been shutdown yet.. Be smart for your kiddos and go elsewhere.

Take my advice and don’t regret enrolling your child in this KinderCare location. Why is it so bad? It’s due to the unprofessional behavior of the manager, Lindsey… she created a stressful and inappropriate environment. The management a few months ago used to be great! Until new management was hired... My brothers child has even mentioned how mean she is to the employees, which raises serious concerns about the workplace atmosphere and its impact on the kids.
To make matters worse, when I help out my brother and pick up his kid the Manager, Lindsey was dishonest with me on several occasions, lying straight to my face. This lack of integrity is unacceptable, especially in a setting where trust between parents and staff is crucial.
I expect better from a childcare facility, and I urge the administration to address these issues immediately. Until then, I cannot recommend this location to any parent who values a nurturing and professional environment for their child.

With work from home schedules changing my four-year-old needed last minute summer care. We are so thankful we were able to get into kindercare as the experience we have had has been exceptional. My daughter loves going to school every day and they always have fun activities planned. When you download their app you also can get pictures of activities during the day as well as information on what your child ate. They also have great fun events like bike day and water day. I’d recommend the program to anyone I’m only disappointed I didn’t consider them sooner.

My daughters have been at KinderCare for 7 months now and we are SO thrilled with the care they receive and the learning they are doing! We were really looking for a strong educational program, and were underwhelmed by some of the other options in the area. KinderCare really stood out to me as being a school rather than just a daycare, and my kids have learned so much and just adore their teachers and staff! So from us, 5 stars for awesome educational and developmental standards, a safe and healthy classroom environment, and teachers and staff that always make my kids feel cared for and safe!

My son has been going to KinderCare in Delafield for over a month now and we both love it there! All the teachers are super friendly and take great care of my little one. I love that they have an app and send you updates on how your little one is doing or what they are learning/playing that day.

This is one of the best daycare centers! They have been wonderful to both my children. Very understanding with kids that have separation anxiety. The way I have seen multiple teachers console my daughter and distract her has really been great to see. It's so hard on a parent to see their child cry but it makes me feel better seeing the love and caring that the teachers have for her. I recommend this center over any others in the area. They are truly outstanding!
