“Staff were nice. I didnt see the creepy guy that the girls were talking about. We were able to get things we needed. There were boxes getting ready to stock. So far it was a good store.”
“An employee named Ryan was very busy on a Sunday morning in Oconomowoc, yet he took the time to tell me exactly where I could find 2 items I was looking for. As if that wasn’t enough, he brought a third item to me. Now that’s what I call customer service. He went above and beyond. Ryan was also the only one working. He deserves a raise. I hope the manager sees this.”
