My company was hired to replace some flat roofing at one of Andrea’s properties. She seemed very nice and professional at first and communication was okay until the work was finished and completed and it was time for payment. As of now the work was completed over a month ago, we ended up having to do extra work which she approved and I paid for out of pocket. She refuses to pay for the outstanding balance of the original scope in addition to the change order, has a new excuse everytime I ask, and will ignore me for days on end. She keeps stringing us along.
I do not recommend doing any sort of business with these types of people, especially ones who think they can take advantage of hard working people.

The owner who I was working with doesn't respond in a timely manner and pushes her personal opinions and thoughts on things instead of listening to a client. Don't treat people important when making a sale is convenient for you, be genuine.I've found another agency who has been a blessing and actually does what they say they will.Would not recommend.

Chad is an incredibly attentive professional! As first time home buyers, he was so informative. One night, we happened to check our credit score and were surprised to see that we actually might qualify to buy a home. We called Chad and set up a meeting at a local restaurant. Over a pizza, he tirelessly answered all of our questions (and then some!). He referred us to a fantastic mortgage lender and together they helped us though every step. It was sooo stress-free! When it came time to start looking, he graciously took us to every place we wanted to see including a couple that we knew would not be right for us (we wanted to get an idea of how the photos and real things would compare). Sometimes, like the day we found OUR home, he actually met with us twice in a day. It was a FSBO, but he left the gym and zipped over to see if there was a phone number on the sign, since there was only an email address on the Zillow listing. 15 minutes later, we were looking and shortly thereafter, ready to make an offer. Unbeknownst to us, the seller had been inundated with interested buyers and there was some drama involved that nearly cost us the house. Chad saved it for us by going over and beyond to help the seller. She told him that a great part of why she accepted our offer is because of his kindness and willingness to help. We moved into our home a mere 26 days after making the offer.We HIGHLY recommend Chad & Encompass Realty. Call! You will be so glad you did!
