My first experience was going to the store for a pair of good walking shoes. The young woman asked my shoe size and brought out several pr to try on. None of them seemed to fit right so I asked her if they had a Brannock device, I got the deer-in-the headlights look. I told her a measuring device for your foot size. The young woman left and came back several minutes later indicating that she could not find one. Tried on two more pairs and left without making a purchase. Recently I found a pair of Brooks Ghost 4's at a sale price. I immediately ordered them. Two days later I receive a notification, not a text or an email indicating they were all out and my order was cancelled. Once I viewed the notification they disappeared so I had no link to where the notices came from. The charges were promptly reversed however I have gone back to PRO just across the street for my third pair of shoes since May 2022. They have and continue to take care of my needs and know how to fit you for a shoe.

Fantastic support and service. Came in to explore a new bike for my son and left ready to ride. The staff knew exactly what we needed, did not oversell us, and were very patient with all of our questions.We will be back for all of our bike needs going forward.

Purchased a bike from them about two years ago now. When I was last there, very friendly staff, very knowledgeable and helpful. Very accomodating given the circumstances of shipping and import wait times these days. Would recommend to anyone looking to get sized and fitted for a bike as well.

The store had everything I needed in stock with options to choose from. The service tech was knowledgable, did a good job tuning the bike, and was able to accommodate my schedule. Worth the 1.5 hour drive!

I have to give it to Jason. I contacted them about trading in my Aethos through TPCs trade up program. Well, I couldn’t read and the bike they posted was a 51cm and I needed a 56cm. Jason was phenomenal, he basically said…”Hold my beer.” He then went and found the gold shimmer Red AXS build (the one I really wanted) at another dealer. He brokered a deal for me and the bike I wanted the whole time is soon to be mine. Thank you very much Jason. I would recommend them to anyone looking.

Buying shows has always been very overwhelming for me, but Endurance House made it so easy! The foot scan was great and being able to have someone pull 3 pair that would work best took the overwhelm out. I liked being able to walk on the treadmill to test them out. Best shoe buying experience.

Our daughter will be starting her first year of middle school track and we wanted to make sure we had her in a shoe promoting good running mechanics. Jason at EH couldn’t have been better to assist. He had our daughter up on the treadmill and did a data analysis on her foot to find the best shoe.I would highly recommend EH of Delafield to family and friends.Thank you and keep up the GREAT work!

I usually do my shopping online. I asked Endurance House if they had the bike trainer I wanted in stock and they replied quickly and included a phone number. I figured I'd call with a follow up question and ended up buying the trainer right on the phone! Don was knowledgeable and sent the trainer right out to me! Great business. Thank you! Very happy!

They listen to questions, give helpful answers and advice, you can tell they genuinely care. Was so impressed that I bought the bike over the phone on Saturday and went to pick it up today. It was ready and waiting and they took the time to make sure I was happy with the purchase and go over the bike with me. Highly recommended!
