Stopped in on a Friday about two months ago. Talked with Andi. I wanted a price on some solid surface material for a shower. I provided my contact information and dimensions of the shower. I also wanted to set up a contractor account. I was to be contacted via email by someone other than Andi for that.
I've heard nothing from them.
The two stars are for their ability to get my info.

I have had nothing but great experiences with Carly and Becca at the Gerhard's in Delafield! I rely on their expansive knowledge of what they carry, and love that they keep their showroom up-to-date! Highly recommend!

I recently worked with Hannah while renovating my bathrooms in my home. She was incredibly patient with me throughout my several changes. In addition, she had great knowledge about all the products and was easily able to adjust based on my budget and style. Even when there were hiccups with the manufacturer (no fault of Gerhard's), Hannah went above and beyond to make sure my order arrived on time, if not earlier. Renovating a home is a very stressful time, but Hannah made this portion incredibly easy and stress free. I felt very cared for as a customer. Thanks Hannah!

I highly recommend Gerhard's! We remodeled our kitchen and one of our bathrooms with them and I cannot express how fantastic our experience was. Becca was very service oriented and responsive and really understood our style. She helped us achieve our aspirations by selecting the perfect components and making recommendations that truly helped to transform our kitchen into a beautiful, well organized, open and welcoming space that we love to linger in. Our bathroom was also a huge hit – it's romantic, contemporary and timeless all at the same time. Just LOVE everything about it. We will be repeat customers.

Lifesavers! A Moen faucet I purchased elsewhere was leaking on install and Gerhard's had the same one in stock. They moved so quickly to make sure I could pick it up right away while the plumber was still at my house. Professional, kind and my superheros today. I will definitely buy from them in the future.

When you go to Gerhard's see Louann! She is very knowledgeable about all the products they carry. We would call with questions and if she didn't know, she got us the answers right away and called us back promptly. We appreciated how helpful Louann was guiding my wife and I through the process with all our plumbing selections. She was so patient, and was one of the bright spots of the home building process.

We had to redo two bathrooms and our kitchen to update them with new quartz countertops, new sinks, and faucets. Christopher Henry at Gerhard's was an amazing help in getting this project done. We wanted to do all we could to have it done before the holidays, and he worked to make sure that this happened. He even came out as the cabinets were measured for the new countertop--a critical item to make sure the quartz tops would correctly fit. He gave us tips on when to get our plumber in to take out the old faucets and when he could return after the new sinks had time enough for the silicone to cure. The installation team was professional and very fast in the transformation. We love our countertops, sinks, and faucets and thank Gerhard's for helping us change outdated rooms into modern and light-filled rooms.

Outstanding! Chris was enormously helpful, patient, and the whole team made us feel incredibly welcome when we came into the showroom with our 1-year-old. Chris calmly responded to each of our questions and changes to our order, and we're so grateful for his patient guidance making our big purchase.
