Got me in right away when my pup had a suspected uti. Vet didn’t pressure a vaccine I inquired about and was very matter of fact! 10/10 recommend!

I've been taking my dog here for about 2.5 years now. The veterinarians and techs are always super nice, however the secretary (Nancy) at the Heritage location is anything but professional. Every time I call she has a terrible attitude that I've let slide in the past, but this time when I called with a question, I was put on hold however she did NOT mute the line and I proceeded to hear a loud "ughhh", followed by profanities regarding me and my call. While I've had no problems with the rest of the staff there, considering I have to deal with her every time, I will not be returning to this clinic.

Dr. Texeira has always been wonderful working with my pets - we have been going here for over a decade. The care he and his team provide is second to none.

I called just before closing to get a refill on medications. They filled it and I picked it up 1/2 hour later. They were very pleasant.
