There are not enough employees and their store app sucks because you have to sign in to use the store locator app. It is now on my last place to shop list.

Awesome customer service from C.J and Andre over in the pro desk went above and beyond to help me and get my order in and make sure everything was set to go.
Also a very helpful and amazing customer service from Charmaine who me I usually have the pleasure of talking to at the customer service desk she also goes above and beyond her job to make sure everything runs smoothly for me. All 3 of them are just amazing.

Bought Behr ultra paint for my hallways and living room in 2012 and just resent I scrapped my walls in a couple of places from my wheelchair that I have to use now. The paint that I had leftover was no good anymore so I took the barcode to my Homedepot and they matched it up and brought it home Touched up my wall.
The paint matched perfectly . Good paint.

I bought some Anderson doors from this store a few years ago, and now I am in need of some parts for them. Unfortunately they don't carry the parts that I need so they had to be ordered, you would think that if you sell the doors you would have replacement parts for the doors that you sell.

Went to look for hardwood flooring and was slightly disappointed at the selection available to view versus website. Had to buy (just a few dollars) samples for absolute comparison to existing, however the gal was kind and gave us multiple carpet samples for free. We'll see how the next team does with measurements and installation.

An associate by the name of Jennifer Sonnenberg was very rude to me when I asked her a question. Stated she doesn’t work for Home Depot even though her orange polo said Home Depot. I’m very disappointed with the service she provided. Why be in retail if you’re gonna be rude all the time? Store was clean, that’s my only positive review.

Grant in Customer Service was not helpful, I went up to customer service twice to get help in lighting. The second time I asked, I got an eye roll. I found Dave 15 minutes later and he was great. I was looking at a kitchen light that needed to be taken down from display. Dave found us one in a box with in minutes at a great deal. Thanks Dave!
Grant, if you do not want to help customers your working in the wrong field and making Home Depot look bad.

In a world that often appears to have very little customer service within the store to assist, or people that don't know anything about where they work, I stopped in to get exterior door handles, locks and keypad for my home. Because I had already made a purchase elsewhere on my own and didn't quite get it right, it was nice to have 2 young gentlemen approach me as they passed and asked if I needed help. They helped me pair up what I needed and answered questions so that I could understand how it worked. Kudos to Jake and Damon in Delafield for being present, helpful and kind!
