If you didn’t know by now, Home Depot is physically incapable of catering to contractors. I ordered four items in different quantities for a roofing project and they didn’t get a single item right besides counting to three on bundles of starter strips. How can you get three out of the four items wrong!! Shingles were off by two squares, short on snow country by 4 full pieces and didn’t even have enough cap bundles in the store even though they said they did when I ordered online. We had to return our two missing cap bundles and buy them at home depot’s competitor, ABC, and we are glad we did because those guys can count to two. Do not preorder items from home depot, you will be disappointed and shocked at how many stupid safety requirements home depot has, either go to menards or abc, not a good experience and never has been in the past.

We were very excited to get our new dishwasher installed today! We couldn't wait, in fact and were counting down the days for it to arrive. The delivery men arrived and removed the old one. In doing so, they some how managed to turn on our oven to CLEAN mode. It wouldn't turn off and it stunk up the entire house so much we ended up having to leave and spend over $200 on an air purifier. They also used our bathroom, left the seat up and pee was all over the toilet area. Talk about disgusting. But wait - there's more. The NEW DISHWASHER DOESN'T EVEN WORK!!!

A shout out to a young gentleman, Jack, who helped me load arborvitaes into my SUV Monday night. Very polite and listened to our suggestions on how to get them in there. He took the one dolly to CS for me as I had to go and unload the car and come back and get the rest. And he just happened to be there when I returned the 2nd time! A great help as my husband couldn't help me. Thank you Jack. That was a fine example of serving the customer!

Staff here is rude and unhelpful.
Worst Home depot I've ever experienced.
Menards is right down the road.
So is Fleet farm in Oconomowoc who also carries lumber.
Even the managers here are rude.

We asked for assistance cutting some trim pieces down to length and no one showed up. After 15 minutes we asked again and even called the store front to send someone back and waited another 10 minutes and no one showed up.
