Fastest food you can get. Layout is mostly a kitchen in an long layout with some seating and bathrooms. Register is only a few feet from the door. Go in, order, walk down the line, get food, and done.

5-star service from Gabe and Andy all the way! I got there at 10:19 starving after a hot yoga class and yearning for a Beach Club Unwich (and pressed for time due to an 11am work call). Without a blink - no problem at all "whattya need ma'aam, happy to help"! These guys are awesome. I've had other places like Kohl's, Panera, Nail places, Qdoba, etc. wait until the EXACT moment standing on the other side of the door with a line of people until they would unlock the door.I'm glad to see in 2024, there are people, especially in the age bracket of 18-24 that have a good business sense. The owner of this Jimmy John's should know these guys are hard workers and are going the extra mile to keep customers happy.Thank you Gabe and Andy!

This has to be the most frustrating place for ordering out I’ve ever experienced. My son loves Jimmy John’s, but it is impossible to predict when or if this location will not only be open, but willing/able to take an online or app order for pickup or delivery. One time, they informed me they couldn’t take any orders because they had run out of BREAD. Lately, it has been a 100% miss for me. I’m not in college anymore, so the hours I’m trying to place orders are not late night - we’re talking 5pm on a weekday. The worst part is that the next closest location, which is in Oconomowoc, can’t infringe on this location’s coverage area, so won’t take delivery orders away from this location even if they aren’t open or willing to take orders. Incredibly frustrating. Not sure why I keep trying to give them business at this point aside from my son’s ardent love of their sandwiches.

Food and service was fine. Ice in soda machine was dirty and had brown debris frozen in the cubes. Yuck.

I placed an order online. When it finally arrived, the driver did not bring the chips or drink. He said he would return in 10 minutes with them, but never came back. When I try to call the location, they hang up on me and then won't answer the phone.

Why does this Jimmy John's have such a problem with accuracy? I've ordered in person and online pickup orders multiple times and about 90% of the time someone's order isn't prepared correctly. Did you want no-Mayo on that unwich? It's considered merely a suggestion left to the discretion of the associate making the sandwiches. Upon consideration, the associate thinks you actually meant you wanted Mayo. Or course, these inaccuracies aren't discovered until I'm long gone. They still make a fine sandwich, and it's kept clean in there. But they definitely favor speed at the expense of accuracy.

A bunch of kids work here that never answer the phones. I’ve had my order made wrong more than once and if you try calling for a refund, they don’t answer so you have to drive back to the store. You would be better off going to the Waukesha one to save your time, they always get everything correct and pick up the phones for call in orders.

I commonly go to this location along with the Oconomowoc location based on the fact that they’re equal distances from me, I’d actually say I visit the Oconomowoc location more. When I walk into Delafield after not visiting for a few weeks the friendly manager still knows my order! This guy is awesome!Good simple sandwich place that is clean and easy to get to.

Outside of the Jimmy John's location in Madison, WI on State Street, this is the best Jimmy John's I've ever been to, based both on food quality and customer service. It seems like most of the prior reviews of this place are overwhelmingly negative, but I've never once had any issues with the food seeming low quality or near-expired-looking, and staff has been nothing but great to me. I normally order the same thing, because it's simply just that good- a #9 Italian Night Club sub with a bag of Salt & Vinegar Jimmy Chips to go. And maybe that's the key here--instead of ordering at the restaurant or ordering delivery to my place of work down the road, I order ahead on their mobile app, always at least 5-10 minutes, and I've yet to been disappointed. I've never once had to wait for my order to still be made when I've arrived there, and the staff has always been great. They greet me, ask me how my day's going, and then nod and say have a great rest of my day after I grab my bag and head out. The inside of the restaurant is clean, there's always been enough workers when I've gone in around lunch time from what I've seen, and the delivery drivers also don't park haphazardly outside the restaurant like I've seen at some other locations. Overall, a great spot to stop at and get a good sub lunch.

I don’t usually make google reviews… but The people working on 4/27/22 at 6:08.. all need a raise. Thats the crew that I usually see when I go there, and they’re always amazing !! Nice seeing that good Customer service still exists. ?

Had a client get car sick and the staff went above and beyond to help me get water to rinse out the van! These guys are motivated and get stuff done! Thanks!
