“I had a pleasant experience working with Maria at the Southwest Waukesha Kohl’s. I had problems with 2 of my orders that I ordered online. Both orders were sent to me in the wrong size, right product ordered completely wrong size. She helped with who I needed to talked to and how to reach them to try to get the problems solve, to let them know that e commerce wasn’t shipping the correct sized product. Maria was extremely helpful as much as she could do on her end. The product that was being purchased could only have it ordered online. Product isn’t carried in any of the stores.
I do have to say that Kohl’s needs to do better with their products being shipped and keeping the sizes up to date on line when ordering a specific product that can only be purchased on line.

“I forgot to Activate my new Kohl’s card so the cashier lady said no problem. We can take care of that for you.Shopping at Kohl’s in Delafield was very relaxing and checkout was very quick. The store is very clean and organized. and all the associates are very friendly and helpful.”
