“I do not go to the post office too often but when I do I can appreciate good service. I was surprised to find that the local post offices around me had average or poor reviews. When I saw the reviews from customers of the Okauchee Lake post office I thought, "Only 5 reviews but all are great." So I gave it a try. I can tell you that this post office is the new standard for me. Good service, good information and patience is the virtue of the day. I'm making this my post office from now on.”

“I got there before they opened and messed up my letter, the office employee showed up and was hesitant at first to help me, (I looked like a punk ?) but once he was done doing what he was doing he was more than happy to help me out. “I LOVE my mail carrier!! She (Lisa) goes above and beyond for me. She is so thoughtful, she even leaves treats for my dogs. She is a genuinely nice person!! The only time I went to the post office was during the Christmas rush and I had absolutely zero issues. And this is the most difficult time of the year to go to the post office and be on the other side of the counter.”
“Since moving to Oconomowoc I have been very impressed with our local post office. The people are so friendly and helpful! I dreaded going to my former local post office so much that I often used the one in a neighboring community. I actually get to talk to a person here which is huge for me. We use hold mail a lot and it goes so smoothly. I schedule online so that might be a better way to go vs handing in a form. I typically have the same driver which I love vs having a different one almost every day like my previous. She is super friendly! I also have to add that I had to have help with a service I had never done and the lady helping me had not either. She got help and we all worked through it together. I didn't even realize she forgot to give me a receipt record and it showed up in an envelope in my mailbox the next day!”
