When I saw the reviews from customers of the Okauchee Lake post office I thought, "Only 5 reviews but all are great." So I gave it a try. I can tell you that this post office is the new standard for me. Good service, good information and patience is the virtue of the day. I'm making this my post office from now on.”

“I got there before they opened and messed up my letter, the office employee showed up and was hesitant at first to help me, (I looked like a punk ?) but once he was done doing what he was doing he was more than happy to help me out. Explained how everything worked and pointed me to the office down the road since they were open. Nice guy, straight forward, solid service ??”

“I LOVE my mail carrier!! She (Lisa) goes above and beyond for me. She is so thoughtful, she even leaves treats for my dogs. She is a genuinely nice person!! The only time I went to the post office was during the Christmas rush and I had absolutely zero issues. And this is the most difficult time of the year to go to the post office and be on the other side of the counter.”
