When I saw the reviews from customers of the Okauchee Lake post office I thought, "Only 5 reviews but all are great." So I gave it a try. I can tell you that this post office is the new standard for me. Good service, good information and patience is the virtue of the day. I'm making this my post office from now on.”

“A little difficult to find if you're not familiar with the location. Turn into the parking lot for 'Depot Crossing' right next to the book store, off Hwy 83. Look for the flag pole towards the end of the office building, and you'll see signs above the door. Small office but very friendly staff.”

“I LOVE my mail carrier!! She (Lisa) goes above and beyond for me. She is so thoughtful, she even leaves treats for my dogs. She is a genuinely nice person!! The only time I went to the post office was during the Christmas rush and I had absolutely zero issues. And this is the most difficult time of the year to go to the post office and be on the other side of the counter.”

“Without going into great detail, I was supposed to receive a package on Saturday and it never arrived. The tracking information said that the package was delivered to my address.
On Monday, I called the Oconomowoc Post Office and spoke with Colin. He helped me sort out what was needed to be done. I called the company that I had ordered the package from, and we determined it was sent to an old address. Colin reached out to the carrier of my old address., Where that carrier left a note for the present owners of the house.
Colin called later in the day to show me that he would follow up regardless of the outcome. His efforts went well above usual and customary. He made my day.”
