Order my boots on Oct 6, 2025. Was told it will be in by the end of the week no later than than next Tuesday. No one called during that time. Called on the Tuesday when boots should have arrived at the latest and was informed that they are not here yet and will see to push through the ticket order. Another week or more goes by and still no call. Was in the neighborhood on November 15, 2025 and was once again you guessed it no boots. Was told they look into it more and will call customer service. I did get a call the following day saying that couldn't get a hold of customer service, but the boots will be until Friday of that week. It is November 24, 2025 and still no boots. This time I was told waiting for shipment for Black Friday. If it was not for a gift card, I wouldn't even bother with place.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Not at all pushy or salesy. Really felt like the staffs’ main goal was to just help me find a good boot whether I bought something from them or not. Showed me some options worked through finding the best size, and so far very happy with what I ended up with. In the past they’ve even fixed a couple pairs of boots for me that weren’t Red Wing. Just a great local shop trying to support the people in their community.

Not the employees fault, but it’s pretty messed up that a squeeking issue on a $300 pair of boots that started and was documented within the warranty period is going to cost me a resole out of pocket. These boots took little to no abuse considering my job change 1 month after purchase.

Worked with Charlie on some insoles that may have come from the factory wrong, he helped trim the insoles and got me all squared away. Great customer service!

Stopped in today and worked with Charlie. He dealt with my annoying goldilocks sizing issues like a champ. Super friendly knowledgeable guy and an absolute pleasure to work with. As soon as I have me next Heritage shoe/boot need I will be back.

One of the best customer service experiences I've had in a long time. Staff was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I live over 25 miles away from this location and prefer this store to closer locations.

I was in to get new insoles and toe protection applied. They cleaned and reconditioned my boots put insoles in and gave me new laces. TOP NOTCH service. Thank you so much!!

I had the pleasure to buy boots from a guy named Charlie. Was the most pleasant boot buying experience I’ve ever had. Charlie was a no pressure, very helpful, and outstanding guy to buy from. I went in, knew what I needed, Charlie got me sized up, and got everything I needed. They didn’t have my size so they had to order them as i wear a size 14. But he said he could have them shipped to the store and have the boots heavily oiled for me. I felt I was more than just a customer. In and out in under 10 minutes. When I go back I will be asking for Charlie.
