Horrible customer service! Walked around trying to find what I was looking for, while the employee just talked and gossip to each other! Had to get in checkout line just to ask a question! Ended up they don’t even carry the one brand that it says on the website they have! Don’t waste your time just order online straight from the brand.

I don’t know makeup and will be in a wedding in a month. The associates were wonderful and helped me get everything I would need for that day and the order to apply. When showing my “makeup knowledgeable” friends what I got they all agreed that they helped me get the best products. The associates were so helpful and so patient with me

Most of the time when I come here, my experience is fine. The other day, a cashier was very rude to my girlfriend and I as we were checking out. We both had separate purchases that we were each going to charge to our own Kohl's charges. Bandana (I'm not sure if this was her name) kept saying to us "Just put your stuff up here!" In a very rude tone. She was asking why were splitting up our purchases and appeared frustrated by this. While she was still ringing up my items, she said "swipe your card, swipe your card, swipe your card!" before she was even done scanning all the items. I said I had a 20% off to use. She said "no just swipe your card, just because you swipe your card doesn't mean you pay." I told her again that I wanted to wait until she applied the 20% off and finished scanning all the items before I swiped my card. She said, "Oh my god!" and got so mad about this. She was just very rude. We did talk to a manager (Julie or Julia) who was very helpful though. She even gave us extra Kohls Cash for the poor experience. Not sure if this lady was just having a bad day or if she is always like this.

The store is fine. The issue is with ordering online. Received an e-mail on 9/9 that our package had shipped. Today, 9/14 the tracking information states "label created". If someone can explain to me why a company would create a label and just let the product sit, I would be grateful. Customer service wouldn't even admit this was ridiculous. They said I had to wait until the 16th to ask where it is. I asked to be transferred to a supervisor and got voicemail. Got to love the customer based support. If you want something like a coffee maker that they do not stock in the store, and you would like it as quickly as they should be able to ship it, do not order from Kohl's online.
