Sierra has always been a nice place to shop at with some pretty solid deals. I enjoy coming here and its sister stores frequently, there is seemingly always something to find worthwhile. However, this last time I visited I witnessed an employee named Ashley talking poorly about a customer that she had just checked out, gossiping to her coworkers while there was a line behind me. She mentioned how her customer didn’t pay attention and was generalizing that trait to the customer’s entire generation, while not paying attention herself. She was attempting to conversate with the cashier that was checking me out which was unprofessional - he asked her twice to go back to her register, which she did. And not everybody wants a TJ Maxx credit card, I don’t need to be asked everytime I check out.

If you are looking for affordable pet (cat or dog) supplies, definitely try Sierra! Out of all the affordable stores (TJ Maxx, Marshalls, and Home Goods) this place has the most animal supplies in at least 3 aisles of it! Also the people at this store are always so friendly!
