We worked with Sydney and the staff at the Delafield store to shop for and purchase our new ClimateCool bed. Sydney was knowledgeable, helpful and patient while we tried different beds and worked through the purchase process. Was like a roller coaster ride. The store experience was amazing thanks to Alec. I didn’t order the remotes with my new 360 climate control because we were going to use the App. Ordered the remotes after and was sent the wrong remotes. After returning them I was told next day air for the right remotes. Didn’t happen, I received them 3 days later. I can’t believe a store like Sleep Number would treat their customers so disrespectful.

Store manager takes you through a great demo to show you which models are the correct options for your situation. Some good deals at the store. 0% financing is great too.

Sleep Number team was great. We were able to try out all the models and select one that we liked and met our budget without any pressure. Purchasing was super easy and would definitely recommend the team in the Delafield, WI store.

After seeing a commercial for Sleep Number, my husband and I visited the store in Delafield. We were greeted by Sydney, who was both friendly and very knowledgeable. She guided us through everything that Sleep Number had to offer and answered all of our questions. She was able to quickly get us quotes with options for what would fit our needs and was helpful every step of the way. We were very pleased with our experience at the Delafield Sleep Number store and would highly recommend it.
