Went into Delafield WI UPS store to make Amazon return. Had completed all the necessary steps ahead of time except printing label. Was courteously assisted almost immediately by Sydney who was both professional and friendly in her service. I thanked her for not making me feel stupid (for not knowing what I was doing — unlike a previous experience at Kohl’s Delafield). I was in and out in about 5+ minutes. Highly recommend Sydney and this location! Thanks again, Sydney!

I needed a special circumstance notary public done (twice) and Lisa figured out how to help me. She was so helpful and amazing! I highly recommend! Everyone there is so happy and helpful. Especially Lisa :)

Had an Amazon return which no other store requires the box to be tapped shut. Shout out to this location for charging a $1 service fee to use $.005 worth of tape to tape the box shut.

Sarah at the delafield location was such an awesome help for my printing project! I made the game Guess Who for my son’s 2nd grade class pictures. It turned out amazing and the printing was done same day! They were so helpful. I will definitely be coming back for all of my printing needs!!!!

D’Mico was extremely helpful in getting a three piece suite sent to the UK. I originally took it to the oconomowoc location and they were essentially useless and didn’t know how to send the item to the UK.No problem at the Delafield location! Between the owner and D’Mico I was taken care of.Thanks for the fantastic customer service!Keep up the GREAT work
