I started coming here after being dissatisfied with other local US Bank locations.Each time I came in I was greeted by a teller who made a connection. I prefer not to handle our accounts online.Garrett assisted us in opening an additional account and was very knowledgeable, friendly and accomidating.

Claims to be 24/7 Banking.... everytime I try to log on or link any US Bank account number to any online service after 11pm Central time I get an error message saying sorry this service is unavailable at this time please try again later. Sometimes I cant log in at all period. At least my less funded credit union I have a better customer experience with....

A teller that works at this location named Jackie is so rude that I closed my accounts with US Bank. Everytime I went into the bank she was incompetent and acted like I ruined her day. She would talk to herself and mumble under her breath. After months of being treated poorly and being uncomfortable I had finally had enough. I know bank at a new bank where I am always treated kindly.

I've had nothing but good experiences at this US bank location. The staff is amazingly helpful. I am disappointed to hear about the negative experience the previous poster shared and I hope the bank terminates any employee who racially discriminates or treats others negatively because people of all colors should be welcome. Overall, my personal experience has been positive.

I felt absolutely unwanted by the bank located in Delafield WI when I went in to get my bank deposits From a clerk that was at the desk. Im sure it was because of the color of my skin. Im from Little Rock Arkansas and I have never been racially discriminated against in my entire life. This lady deserves to either be re-trained or terminated, no business should tolerate that kind of behavior in there establishment. All businesses are made to be an example of what the future holds not a glimpse of the past. I am the Store Manager of Valvoline Instant oil change and we gross 7 figures a year, out of all the business we supply the bank for the community that kind of behavior is unacceptable! I will not step into that facility anymore and i will be looking for a different bank to take my deposits too thanks to your Unprofessional customer service your clerk provided today. Thanks
