Waited 40 minutes to get help, person had NO interest on helping me. Told me to go to a different provider. Obviously did not like me or my wife. Wow what an awful store! Told me my address was some weird address I never heard? I have been a verizon customer for more than 20 years, but they clearly only like NEW customers. NEVER go to this store!!!!!

Jason helped us and appeared kindly and competent. He had us switch plans when we added another family member, and told us her current phone wouldn't work and she had to receive a new one. So, we did that and he also mentioned we would get free Disney and Hulu with our new plan. He said once we were home we could sign up, check it out, and receive all the free perks; however, he failed to mentioned they were only 'free' for six months. What appeared as an honest exchange, and truthful professional knowledge extended to a long-term, loyal customer, was later discovered to have been a typical switch and bait - perhaps the company trains them to do this (?). It was not a genuine experience. (He mentioned he had been working there for eight years, so his sale pitches to us probably wasn't due to his lack of understanding about how to dishonestly hook a faithful customer.) Feel violated.

Classic bait and switch. Upgraded my iphone and agreed to iPad promotion. The quote given to me by salesperson to upgrade and add iPad was$60 less than actual charge on my account and my "new" monthly cost was quoted at $20 per month lower than actual. After working for an hour with a manager, they finally agreed to over $200 credit to my account. Bottom line, don't trust salesperson and get everything in writing.

They will have you wait for an hour in your car if you want to buy a new phone. While sitting there you will see them allow people to just walk right in. When you go ask what is the deal, the guy at the door will laugh and walk back inside the store. Best is to choose a different store to get what you need done.

My sells rep was extremely condescending. He tried to talk me out of the phone I specifically went to that store for. Then he tried to force me to buy a case and screen protector for it. Then when I finally paid, it was like, here, take your phone and leave. Normally don't post reviews for specific people, but this person was just, well, I think you'll get the point. Seems to be common theme amongst other customers on here.

On 2/24/18 I stopped to buy an new phone and before you know it the rep had signed me up for a Hum for my car and then after he signed me up for my phone he told me he could not bring all my contacts over!! He told me to go to the other side of the parking lot to have the competitor techs do it. LOL! I went over to their competitor they said they would do it but then I found out I could get my phone for $300 less. Upon looking at my bill today from yesterday he never gave me the $200 off the phone he promised. I feel like I was screwed and will be visiting them in the near future hoping they can make things right. But from my experience of yesterday, I believe the manager is only interested in making a buck!! Wish I went someplace else first.

Never in my life have I encountered a more unhelpful, dishonest bunch of sales reps. They are smarmy and will do anything for a sale. My rep loved to use the word "intuitive" but I'm not quite sure he actually understands what that word means. The phone I was sold is complicated and almost impossible to use. The sales rep added insurance to my bill after I opted out of it. Upon realizing this and contacting the manager I was basically brushed off with a "I'll look into it and get back to you". He was rude, unhelpful, and seemed as though I was annoying him by forcing him to do his job. Avoid this location like the plague unless you have a thing for being surrounded by commission chasing predators and the thick, pungent, heady cologne of desperation, while simultaneously being swindled out of your money.

This site has the worst customer service! I helped out a elderly woman setting up a plan with this site. We picked out a middle of the road smart phone an intended to pay for the phone outright to reduce the monthly bill. The service person that "helped" us offered a promotional plan that would reduce her monthly bill. It included a free tablet. She did not need to turn it on or ever use it. It turns out that the middle of the road phone that we paid for was actually the tablet, and they were billing her monthly for the phone cost ($600). We went to change/correct the issue at another verizon store and found out that the listed "price of the phone" is often a sales pitch that hides the real cost of the phone but rather lists the additional fees, taxes, etc. I cannot believe they did this to an elderly woman!!!!!

I had a terrible experience @ the Delafield store today! I took my phone in to find out why there was a spike in my data costing me a lot of money. I also was considering getting an updated phone. We were met by salesperson ADAM. ADAM obviously wanted to be somewhere else instead of work. In fact, it was evident that none of the sales associates really wanted to be there as they were all gathered behind the sales desk laughing and joking around. As ADAM looked over the phone, he yawned a couple times showing me just how much he really wanted to help. My son and I browsed around looking at various new phone choices available. The only time ADAM came over to help us was when he showed us a section of phones that "we don't sell these anymore". Otherwise ADAM never came to check on us or to see if we had questions. He was too busy having a good time @ the sales desk. I was disgusted enough that I left the store letting ADAM know that we were going to look elsewhere. So fyi ADAM at the Delafield Verizon store, I went across the parking lot to Best Buy and bought a new Verizon phone there. Courteous sales person, explained all the options available and answered our questions and guess what? He didn't yawn once.

Just went to get my free update. AFTER he unwrapped the box booted up my new phone and wiped my old phone he proudly announced I had to pay 40$ today. After my second visit to the store that day and being very money conscious. As a college student and around the holidays thats a lot of money. I asked if he could work with me and put it on the bill or if my mom could give her credit card info over the phone. The worker was completely useless in trying to work with me and just offered my old blank phone back to me. Unprofessional to spring charges on someone like that.

The employees are complete jerks. Never felt more insulted. By far worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Our family had a great experience on 8/12/15 at Verizon in Delafield. We switched 4 AT&T phones out for new Verizon iPhones. Our sales person, ALEX, came in on his off day to help us set up service. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and patient. When my son could not retrieve his contacts Alex went out of his way to help him recover them. Alex explained everything in detail so I knew exactly what our new plan would cover and cost. Later in the day, when I could not get my phone to restore from my backup, I brought in both my computer and new phone. Another employee, Chad, went thru all the steps with me and found my previous backup so all my information was restored. It is stressful switching cell phone providers. Something always seems to go wrong. This was not the case with Verizon. Both Alex and Chad made switching carriers easy and stress-free. In addition, they saved us a lot of money!!

Tyler the manager and the sales staff at this location go beyond arrogant. I cancelled my account with them today and didn't even mind spending the money for early cancellation because I could not see ever supporting Verizon again. The worst customer service ever.
