Went with a quick 5-10 min question. Was told there would be a 30min wait. Cool, no problem. Ended up waiting for an hour. There were employees standing around doing nothing. Was not given any update, and no one spoke to me, beyond the initial time estimate. Super irritating, all I needed was like 5 minutes.

Terrible experience. I went into this location because I got a text with a promo saying I can trade in any phone and get an iphone 16 on Verizon. Apparently it's online only, why? Why couldn't I have just gotten it right there when I was in the actual store?
So I went home, ordered online. Was supposed to get it the following day and someone was even going to come over to set it up for me(didn't need it since transferring is pretty simple with iphones but still). Waited....never showed up. I proceeded to wait for the last 3+ weeks, multiple calls to Verizon's customer service, anyone who I worked with said the phone would definitely be shipped to me, it never did.
No one wanted to help, no one wanted to resolve this. I couldn't get this online ordered cancelled, they said I needed to come in. I guarantee you if I did, I would have just been told that I have to call and get it cancelled on their end.
Worse yet? Verizon charged me for a phone I never got on the next bill.
I haven't been back since. Terrible customer service, it's an uphill battle just to get a human being on the phone and no one wants to actually solve the issue.
I still don't have a new phone, Verizon keeps sending texts advertising the same stupid promo. None of this would have happened if I had just been able to get this promo at the store.
But, as per usual, Verizon doesn't want to help their customers, they just want to keep on charging you, adding fees and sticking it to their customers.
At this point I'm tempted to get myself taken off my family's plan and just go to T-Mobile, maybe I can actually get a phone through them and not have to jump through 50 hoops, only to get charged for something I never got.
Absolutely ridiculous. Do better.

We were in on 4/12 around 4 pm. Preston was very helpful in helping us with the best options for a phone that was not working. We left to go to Best Buy to weigh our options but returned to Verizon to get a new phone. Justin (I think that his name) was helpful in getting a new phone set up, and was able to get our plan price lowered. The manager was great too. I honestly felt like they were trying to get us the best deal and best option for our unfortunate situation with an iPhone with a screen that just stopped working out of the blue. I would definitely go back to this specific Verizon store. Thanks for a great experience!

Bought 4 phones and transferred 4 lines on 11/13/2024. Told I would receive 3 - $720 gift cards and 1 - $360 gift card. I received 3 of the gift cards which had a balance of $0, $0, and $40. I was told an investigation was opened up on 1/24/2025. I have received no updates. Called support who transferred me to rebate team which then transferred me back to support. Now I am in the Verizon store. They are going to call for me now. Can't wait. After 1 hour and 50 minutes I was given 2 numbers to call and told there is nothing else the local store can assist with in trying to to resolve the rebate issue. Store manager Jessica Hendren informed me they have a summary where the gift cards were used but will not give me the information. Ticket #PH9597100. The other store manager Maj stated I shared my gift cards with someone or my email was hacked. Maj is not correct. The 4th gift card was never sent. Does anyone have ideas on how I can my $2,520 from Verzion? As of 2/16 waiting to hear back from Verzion (owner) who monitors these reviews.

I have been in the store multiple times where they make you wait a very long time before getting to you. I tried again today, and I was told a few minutes. During that time, I saw a group of employees gathered just staring out the window then proceeded to go around the corner. Still waited, and saw 2 of them not doing anything. After waiting a bit longer, I just left. This has been the Delafield MO every time I go there

I had the best experience with Dean at the Delafield location, Dean helped me, and my business when I needed it most. Our iPad Point of Sale died on us, and he got us a replacement the same day and even delivered it to me at my store. He went above and beyond, and I will always remember that.

Verizon is the worst phone company out there. I have literary been trying to talk to a human for 35 minutes calling every number they have listed. The dam robot has taken over and will not let you talk to a real person. How dumb are we to let the robots take over.

Don’t send your elderly parents in there alone to upgrade their phones!! They will take advantage of them. This store added a new line to our plan and hacked our account. It took hours to get it resolved and is causing a huge headache. I may look into pressing charges against the salesperson who performed the transaction.

absolutely incompetent. If you go in for help and they're not selling you something they really don't care and push you back to call Verizon and then Verizon tells you to go to a physical location. horrible Service.

My wife and I are on separate plans and came into this store because we had questions about me switching providers and being on one plan to help save money. That question was answered relatively quickly but then was met with high pressure sales tactics telling us that "in order for you to get the best trade in for the phone, that I had in mind, the next level phone plan offers more off a new phone" which might've been true but we were only looking to get info about behind on one plan. Now granted it was nice to hear about if I was to get a new phone right then and there I could do it with the phone I've been wanting. But the high pressure sales tactics instantly put me off, we didn't need a higher level phone plan when all we use or phones for it's just data and all the higher phone plan would've done is make the trade for a newer phone more valuable but in the end it would've cost us more per month

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. worst service and the two “ men”there are absolutely no help. I went to open a new account and a new phone. Was very exited. First time getting one with Verizon. I got the best plan and everything traded my phone in and asked if there was any promos going on (mind you all 3 of the guys were sitting infront of me on their iPads talking with eachother and on their personal phones) I asked them specifically about the plan and what’s all included and if there was any promos !!! and THEY completely failed to mention I could get an Apple Watch SE and an iPad “on us”. Didn’t hear about it till 3 months later so I went back in like “hey didn’t I ask you guys about this????” They remembered me and told me sorry there’s nothing they can do it won’t let us add it now but you can call 611 we don’t know why you weren’t told about it. …” so instead of helping me and sitting down with me on the phone with 611 so they can explain what they did wrong. I had to do it all myself, and explain that those people didn’t do their job and were very neglectful…. I had my 2 year old with me struggling while they had me standing in the middle of the lobby waiting. Also Jordan thank you for specifically seeing me come back in the store and not even looking at me when you all saw me come back in after I explained to 611 the whole situation for 2 hours on the phone. Whole ordeal took about 5 hours of my time yesterday until almost 8 o clock. I was so nice and respectful when I came in and he shut me down right away and referred me to 611 ??? Instead I’ve apologizing and sitting down with me to correct his mistake . I had to do your job for you ??? ?? no help what so ever. this place is worthless. I hope to god the manager sees this and calls me. I have an account there so you know my number thanks.
