Walgreens in DELAFIELD, WI, is regularly OUT of my prescription on a monthly basis. They will fill a “partial” Rx and charge me a co-pay, and then when I come back for the rest of the Rx, they charge me AGAIN.
How is this permissible?

There was an issue with one of the prescriptions for my wife. It was out of stock for several weeks (it was out of stock at CVS and another local pharmacy too). The pharmacists here first helped find a small supply at another local Walgreens. When that ran out Roger suggested that our doctor could write a new prescription for the same medication at half the dose and then my wife could just take two pills. They had the lower dose in stock and I was able to get a full refill. They went the extra mile to make sure my wife had the prescription she needed.

I try to avoid this location when possible. The cashier that works in the morning is not at all friendly, he has had a attitude everytime I've been in (towards me and other customers) and he rushes you through your entire transaction. He's just not someone who should be working up front with customers. You're better off going elsewhere.

Very standard (common) prescription could only be partially filled after a waiting a week and stopping in to check on it.
Still waiting from remaining balance of prescription after another week of waiting.
No communication from their staff unless I initiated contact!

I've used the photo department about 12 times in the past month. Store is clean and fresh. Every employee has been kind and helpful.

Literally the worst ever experience.I waited over seventeen minutes for somebody to even say hi to me. Which Highly unprofessional. I understand being busy but at least let me know. And then the woman in the pharmacy was extremely rude about it.
