Was having issues with my card, trying to purchase some things that I desperately needed and I’m not sure what his name is, but the guy working customer service this morning with long hair was the best he was patient. He was understanding and most importantly he got me checked out and good to go when my card was not liking any other registers

I use the online ordering with pickup and the service is great. I hardly have to wait anytime at all for the groceries to be brought to my car and loaded carefully into my car without any assistance by me.

While traveling from Madison to Milwaukee, I went to a Walmart to check out the AirPods Pro 2. I bought the AirPods Pro 2 brand new, and a few minutes later, I opened the box because I was excited to check them out. Unfortunately, the AirPods had been used by someone else. Although the box was sealed, the contents looked very badly used.
I went back to the electronics section where I bought them, and the employee there felt bad and told me to go to customer service. I explained everything to customer service. but the manager took the receipt somewhere else and then rudely told me that they would neither refund nor replace the AirPods. She said they couldn't help me and that I should talk to Apple support.
I came to customer service for help because I bought the product from Walmart and have the receipt for that. However, the manager insisted that I talk to the Apple Store help desk and there is an option to refund but she don’t care about customer. This has been the worst experience of my entire life. I spent my money to buy a product, only to receive used goods and poor customer service. @Walmart, I give your customer service a -5 rating if it there and Walmart lose a customer.

Good selection of food, clothing, electronics, home goods, pet supplies and much more. They tend to have more employee run checkouts open than other Wal-Mart stores I have been to. With that being said, they either don't stock or constantly run out of a few things I buy on a regular basis that are always in stock at other Wal-Mart stores. This can be frustrating when I do an online delivery order. Overall it's a good clean store.

Delifield's Walmart is the worst Walmart I have ever seen. Not enough cashiers, poor service, and disrespective tellers.

What a great experience at this Walmart in the electronics department. a wonderful young lady by the name of Glady helped my husband to make sure he had the right screen protector and even helped him by putting it on his phone for him. This is what customer service is all about! Thank you Glady!!
