Stopped in to look at e-bikes. I was welcomed by the front desk and asked me how they can help. The entire staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.
They didn’t have the one in stock I wanted. However, I received a call a couple of months later telling me the new version is in and invited me to visit. I will definitely be returning to buy my e-bike here.

Picked up a my new Trek Allant +8S e-bike last Saturday and had a tremendous experience. Sadly upon arrival, my bike was not assembled 100% as was communicated over the phone the day prior. The staff at W&S sprung into action and in 45 minutes, had the bike completed, outfitted my accessories, and had me on my way so I could enjoy my first ride. Great service response and have even called to follow up with me on my level of satisfaction.
I would highly recommend the guys in the Delafield location as this is my fourth bike from them!
Keep up the great work and thanks for being a supportive business for Lake Country riders!
