I’ve had to use their storage facilities twice in the past few years, and they have always been professional and courteous. Their communication is top notch, as well as the cleanliness of their storage units.

I got a storage at the Rochelle location. The woman (Maria) that I spoke with was extremely helpful, kind, and very professional. She made the whole application process understandably easy. She answered all questions asked and made sure I understood everything applicable a out renting a storage unit. I high recommend this place to all who are in need of a storage unit. Very affordable especially if on a budget. Everything was done all in the same day within an hour over the phone, through messages and online.

I’ve never had a bad experience with this company. My belongings are stored safely. The area is always clean. I’ve never felt unsafe there no matter the time of day. Maria has been an absolute ANGEL in helping me with whatever need our situation arises. I’m so very grateful to A Mini Storage for the care and concern that they have shown to myself and my precious belongings. Thank you all so very much! <3

I have rented a storage unit from A-Mini Storage for a few years. The unit is always perfectly dry and the facility is well maintained. I also appreciate the friendly and helpful customer service.

The price is very reasonable and the storage yard is gated adding extra security. I feel like my things are more safe because of that.

I have had nothing but a good experience with this storage company they have helped me when times were difficult when I moved out of state and still have my belongings here till I can get them maria in the office is great and understanding I would recommend them to any of my friends and the prices are good

I LOVE THIS BUSINESS! I have been renting multiple units from A Mini-Storage for 4-5 years, and they are instrumental to my business! If you need help, you will probably talk to Maria, she is very knowledgeable and she is a LEGEND! They are very kind, helpful and understanding! I have never experienced an issue that was not easily fixed in a timely manner, they are always there for you if you need anything! They are also easily reachable, and keep their properties looking nice at all times, and the snow is always gone by the time I do my daily unit run. They are my favorite people I get to deal with in my business, and have been instrumental to me since I rented my first unit, and the best part is, if you need to upgrade your unit to a bigger one, the transition is seamless! One of the few businesses left that give you them small town vibes, and make you feel like you are welcomed and appreciated when doing business with A Mini-Storage! Thank You!

Great people to deal with...Maria especially is always very professional and friendly. Their whole staff is great! Units are clean and in great condition, no water or rodents. I've had my unit/units for years and can't say anything bad. Nothing but great experiences with this company!
