Service level from Bauer glass is horrible. I have been waiting for three weeks already for them to come to my home to repair a sliding glass door. Each time I call to follow up I'm told they are busy and I need to keep waiting. When I ask how long they say they don't know, they have a backlog and they will come whenever they have time. They have said the same thing three times already. I will never use them again. To make matters worse, Wendy, the staff member who answers the phone, is completely unapologetic and rude. I would not recommend hiring them.

The people here are amazing and know their craft, they helped me with a company project and the solution they offered me saved me money and turned out 9000000% better than what Lowes offered . If you need glass or mirrors go here they are the best. If you have a custom project you're working on that requires glass, Go here.
