Scott helped me. Give that man a raise! My partner called ahead because my phone was destroyed. Scott was patient, kind and very thorough. I had my restless toddler with me and he was just so kind and understanding. Everything was resolved and up and running within an hour. If I have any problems in the future, I hope Scott is there to help me!

I had a great experience at the Delavan AT&T store! The staff were incredibly helpful in getting our family’s phone upgraded. They took the time to answer all our questions, explain the options, and ensure we picked the right devices for our needs. They were fantastic!

Beware. Delavan store promised 2 “Free” galaxy 24 plus phones for our old galaxy phones. When we called AT and T we were told it may take 3 months for approval but money would be credited to our account. When we called just after 3 months as to why we had a fourth charge, the store told us we waited too long. They instead gave us 35.00 for both very nice older phones total which we would not have accepted. Dishonest!

While the company and the service are very meh, the customer service at this location is excellent. I was greeted promptly, my voice was heard, so we didn’t waste time on all the ways I had already tried to solve this. After 14 years with att this was one of the only positive experiences with the company and it wasn’t for service it was just the service at this location.
5 stars for the store. 3 for AT&T

Everyone here is so nice and helpful. If they don't answer the phone, keep in mind it sends you to customer service and they do NOT work in the store.

Honestly, I’d give 0 stars if I could. Took forever to answer the phone, just to be spoken rudely to. The woman who answered was extremely aggressive and not professional in any degree. 0/10 recommend this store. Will be going to LG or Janesville from now on. This is unacceptable! Poor customer service.
