Jayleen was SO SWEET!
I went in having issues trying to switch to Boost from Mint Mobile. It took almost 45 minutes for us to figure out how, but she went above and beyond to help me and in the end we were successful. Not only that but she made me feel comfortable and she was easy to talk to :)
Boost makes it easy to switch and save for sure!
100/10 recommend this store

Boost Mobile is a terrible company with really bad customer service. Choose any other carrier over them if you value your time.

Don't wanna punish the owners of this location by giving 1 star due to their corporate's policies. So I'm rating 3 star because boostmobile got a new system that won't let u reset ur cycle when u pay ur bill so u reset ur data. Now u have to buy data packs for 5$ just a new way to scam money from customers. Considering getting a new service from different company.

Prices are the best for low cost service although the in-store staff, the Boost 800-number agents, and Boosts tech support line agents were all pretty poor... Clerks at 3 boost retail stores we checked all lacked the skills needed to fulky do their jobs -- if they weren't already lying to our faces (i.e., claiming they couldnt activate an unlocked Galaxy S9+ BYOP phone that Boost's own IMEI checker already cleared. Another clerk said if we bought a phone from Boost at the store, it could not be returned (another, total lie).So after nixing any more retail store trips, we called Boost and got a SIM chip mailed out, and we activated it per the instructions. But no go. Calls, texts and internet only worked if on wifi. It wouldn't work at all outside the apartment. We called Boost on Sunday to try to troubleshoot the problem -- the tech rep clearly didn't know how to fix it and she finally just disconnected us(!) On Monday a senior tech called back to give me new settings to manually input into the phone. I am really hoping this works because otherwise its back to Verizon at 3x cost... (For the record, the tech guy refused to just ship us a Boost android 5G phone, gratis, for all the troubles we had experienced (>7 days no phone service outside the home....) a token gesture (we're talking a Boost budget android model....) which many other phone carriers would have done to retain our account. Oh well, hopefully the new settings will work tiday.

Had a great customer service experience with Oscar. He was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about our current provider and phone to be able to make the difficult process of switching carriers easy to understand. Thank you very much!
