My third time coming here and having to check out with an elderly lady. She's very rude to me every time. Today was uncalled for when I asked nicely for another bag to separate my stuff she tossed it at me, smirked and told me to have a nice day.

Every time I come into this dollar tree the old white lady is super rude for literally no reason , like lady you work at dollar tree cmon now it’s not hard to be a decent human being rude for absolutely no reason and has an entitled attitude

If you’d like to be mistreated and receive NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, visit the Delavan, WI, Dollar Tree. Where your cashier, Jaylynn has no customer service skills, argumentative, rude, disrespectful and obviously too TIRED to work. I spoke to the Store Manager, Sara and I can see why her employees are the way they are. YOU LEAD BY EXAMPLE AND THIS STORE NEEDS A FEW COURSES IN MAKING SURE RESPECT AND SHOWING GENUINE CONCERN TOWARDS A CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE IS ADDRESSED ACCORDINGLY!!!! Your store needs to demonstrate, RESPECT TOWARDS THE INDIVIDUAL!!! I GUARANTEE YOU, I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN!!!

The dollar tree offers you cashback for $1.25 they provide this service When I went to get $20 back the lady tells me you need to ask before you Request cash back I said well maybe you should put a sign stating that nowhere does it say that it actually offers me the option to get cash back For a fee So this is a service that you guys are providing that you cannot provide someone needs to get corporate evolved get a IT specialist out there and get the problem fixed the hostility from the lady at the cash register in front of customers is unacceptable And embarrassing It's not going to stop me from going to the dollar tree and as long as they offer the service I should be able to use it when I go to the dollar tree Thank you

1.25 sticker on little beanies that ended up being 5.25, I checked the receipt then went to return them, manager doesn't accept returns, no cash back no nothing. Almost nothing in that store is a dollar, alongside the manager being rude and stinky. The employees seemed nice enough, but management needs to change asap. I don't think I've ever seen someone hate their job so much as this manager, it's quite pathetic dare I say.

This was the WORST experience I've EVER had in ANY retail store. The employee over the intercom, literally said, "Shank you for coming", when announcing that the store would be closing soon. I had just walked in & yes, it was 15 minutes till closing but I was only going to grab one quick item. After hearing the employee over the intercom & her loudly complaining about her job & management, I put the item back down & left the store. I would advise against going here unless management improves the staff due to safety concerns & overall just uncalled for comments.
