This is the haircut that Amanda did. She was a terrible stylist that ruined my hair. She had a terrible attitude. She pulled my hair while combing it. She also told me she just started. I will never come back disgusting way to leave a customer.

Was told I could only make an appointment by using app. I don't do apps. I'm not a Gen z, millennial or whatever these new generations call themselves. If I can't call or walk in to make a reservation, forget it.

Always a great experience and time at the Delavan, Wi Great Clips. Emily is one of the best hair stylists I've met thru Great Clips. I will always wait to have her do my hair even if it means letting others go ahead of me. Always will recommend.

I have finally found a hair stylist that I like at Great Clips in Delavan & her name is Donna. I treated myself to a shampoo & cut & it was the best shampoo I have ever received at Great Clips & she actually took her time & gave me the cut that I wanted. She will be my full-time & only hair stylist that I use at Great Clips from now on ?

Save yourself the stress of a bad haircut and having to leave a bad review. I'm not sure whether being poked, and scratched over and over, having my haircut not look how I described, or being forced to tip was the worst part of my experience here, but overall the customer service was terrible and I do not recommend going here.

Although busy, they were able to get my daughter and myself in for cuts within..20 to 40 minutes. My daughter thinks she knows everything. The lady there was amazing. I couldn't help laughing because I know how frustrating she is. I came away with 2 good haircuts and some solid advice.Price: $50

Advertises as a place to take your kids? Not really kid friendly. I waited 15 min with both of my children for my son to get a haircut. Already had seen 3 people walk out, probably because they are short staffed. As soon as it was his turn the woman asked if he's able to sit on his own. Mind you this is his first haircut, I have no idea how this experience will be for him. So I suggest he starts off sitting on his own. He didn't want to get in the chair. Now I'm a daycare teacher so I know how children can be in a new environment. Instead of having patience with me and my child the women told us to leave. So no, if you are a parent trying to get their kid a haircut. I suggest going local. No way will these people have patience for you and your children.Service: Kids' cuts

Today my boyfriend and I both went in for trims. Both of us had chest length hair when going in and she did a great job on my boyfriends trim- took off an inch or so and he was done in 10 mins. I got in the chair told her I wanted a trim and to freshen up my layers. She asked how much and I said eh about what you took off of him. And she said okay! And started doing her thing. She took more and more hair off without really asking for approval or anything which I didn’t think was weird until she pulled my hair out to sit on my shoulders and it barely could sit there. At that point I realized she’d cut off like half the hair on my head. I was choking back tears so I just said it’s fine to get her to stop cutting my hair so I could get the hell out of there before I broke down in tears- and after all you can’t put the hair back and my boyfriend had already paid for both haircuts. when I went in I easily had 17 inches of hair and now it barely sits on my shoulders. I’ve been crying since I got home- I hate the haircut and my hair is now inches shorter than my boyfriends hair. I will NEVER step foot in there again.

Great haircut and service. I had a stroke and frontal lobe brain bleed and I told the hairdresser you can't scrub my head when shampooing it makes me dizzy. She was so gentle and patient with me.

So disappointed. I cut my hair a month back and it looked odd, one side longer than the other. I go to straighten my hair for a special event and it's completely obvious one side is longer than the other. Don't come here, they can't even do a basic cut.
