I was there yesterday and did the 14 dollar car wash and it only took off the surface dirt. It did not take the bugs off of the windshield, front bumper, behind the outside mirrors and some dirt off of the body of the car itself. There is nothing like going to a car wash that use chamois for brushes and they take off everything on the car. I included pictures of what my car looks like after it was washed. I honestly could have used a garden hose if I wanted a job like that done. For free !! It was the worst car wash I have ever used in 50 years. I would have not gven any stars but it forces you to give at least one but I would have given none.

Best 15.00 I have spent on a car wash. It was touch free. Someone was even on the other end wiping cars down after they came out of the car wash. Wish they had this nice of a car wash in Northern Illinois. Definitely will be back.

I’ve always went to kwik trip for the car wash, once I finally started paying attention I realized that my vehicle wasn’t actually getting cleaned all the way. I tried out the jet wash- let’s just say hands down it’s the best I’ve been to. The owner is out there drying your vehicles after the wash for free on certain days, I came when it was 20 outside- there he was- drying vehicles. There’s a heated bucket of prep wash before you enter! There’s clean FREE towels to use, and let’s mention- THE PRICE FOR AN ULTIMATE WASH IS THE BETTER THAN KWIK TRIP. Your vehicle gets a thorough wash that’s not rushed, your car gets a good undercarriage wash. Try this place out!

The staff were very nice. Guy out front that dries the car off if needed was nice as well. Felt like a bit of a quick wash, but nice service.

Usually have good washes here but after washing late yesterday, I noticed this morning I had dried soap all over my rear windows.

There's a guy standing outside who will direct your car over to one of the spots and wipe it down, he uses the same towel for both of the windows and the body and will streak up the windows. He doesn't even work for the car wash, and will knock on your window for a tip. I talked with an employee who said that they were helping him out run his business, but I don't think that it is clear enough that he does not work at the car wash. He shouldn't be directing cars to park and then wiping them down without asking, because I would have rather do it right myself

I've been driven by this car wash for over a decade and I thought how much better can it truly be it's a freaking car wash! Well let me tell you I didn't have to use the car wash but I used the vacuum to clean out my truck. Hands down the best vacuum for the best price and it lasts longer than anything I've ever used! Five stars two thumbs up. Kudos to you the owner of this establishment you did it right with the vacuum! I will now be coming to Delavan to clean out my car. Goodbye Elkhorn car wash.

Love to use their vacuum, very powerful and easy to use and pick a lot of stuff without a problem. Dog hair i have inside the car is almost gone, better than before so can’t complain

It doesn't clean your car at all. It is touchless. Nice that they provide towels, but did not remove any bug guts.

Was really nice at one time. Has been getting worse as time goes on. Lately one of the two bays is commonly closed. Often the only bay open has nozzles that don't work. Hopefully a remodeling is coming soon?
