Went there today June 29, 2025 and there's a sign on the door that they no longer accept third-party returns, including any from Amazon. According to Amazon all Kohl's stores take returns so not sure what's up with that..

Kohls has an assinine policy that if you order online you have 15 min to cancel,try to call to cancel and someone who speaks no english will be happy to lie to you and tell you its cancelled even giving you a cancellation number.Thanks Kohls for ruining my 80 year olds fathers Fathers day.

I have been a kohl's customer for years. I guess I didn't pay attention to the fact that the 30% off coupons only apply to certain items. Really appreciate the sales associate checking me out for telling me. I didn't purchase anything and wasted my time. Kohl's sales are not what they used to be.
