My wife and I bought a Pacifica from this dealership. It was when there was a shortage of new and used vehicles. We paid way too much, but we were assured we'd be able to refinance a year. Now, we're soo incredibly upside-down, no one will refinance us! We got absolutely screwed! Kunes own finance department can't get us refinanced. I seriously don't recommend this dealership!

Kunes made buying my Escalade a breeze, even though I never saw the car before buying it. Salesman was courteous and responsive and went through and tested everything on the car for me. Couldn't ask for a smoother sale, even though I was halfway across the country! I finally saw the car a week after buying it and it was exactly as described. This is my 34th car, so as you can guess I've dealth with dealership both good and terrible. And Kunes was great!! I would definitely recommend buying a car from them!

This was a great experience! We went in at lunch to test drive a car and they let me take it for the rest of the day. Anthony was amazing, he was kind and respectful. He went out of his way to help us with whatever questions or concerns that we had. Josh in the financing area was equally as helpful. I would absolutely recommend Kunes of Delavan to anyone and will most likely buy my next car there as well.

**BUYER BEWARE**POOR COMMUNICATION and DECEPTIVE PRACTICESOn Monday, I went to this lot to look at a Nissan Frontier. When I arrived, they showed me a 2018 Ford F-150. I reviewed the vehicle, took a test drive, and loved it. The Sales Rep was friendly and I felt I was being treated well. Called a friend to get their opinion before buying it. I walked in to say yes, and they told me the truck was sold on Saturday. If the truck was sold on Saturday, why are you showing me the vehicle when I came there to look at a different truck? Supposedly it was a miscommunication which the Sales Rep apologized for. The Sales Rep tried showing me different vehicles but after that instance, I had a bad taste in my mouth and was ready to go. The Manager didn't say a single word to me about the issue.Today (Wednesday), I looked at their inventory and the same truck that was sold on Saturday is still listed on their website. If the truck is sold, why do they still have it listed? This seems like a deceptive practice.Maybe they didn't want to take my trade-in (2015 Sonata Hybrid) which was perfectly fine. I am not sure what occurred and why I was treated this way. I would never go back to a Kunes dealership again or speak highly of them.

Ricky Valerio was our salesman. He was amazing!!!! He went out of his way to help us find our Chevy Express Van. He located one at another store and literally drove and brought the Van back for us to see it. He helped with measurements to see if the van would work for our dog show crates and grooming equipment. He helped us get our monthly payment to an amount that was agreeable to us. I would definitely search him out if you are looking for the best customer service. He also is mailing the second key to us when he receives it from the other store.?

Stopped in with no appointment to test drive an Escalade I had my eye on and was greeted and immediately helped with my request. Felt no pressure and had all of my questions answered plus they agreed and scheduled to address some minor concerns I had and put it in writing they would be fixed. I found the staff polite helpful and very accommodating and friendly. I have to say after reading their reviews I was expecting the worst and got the exact opposite. So glad this is where I made my purchase ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Complete waste of time. I contacted the dealership at the beginning of the week and had been messaging multiple different associates within the 3 days. Texted the night before asking to set up a test drive for 10-11 am. No response. At 10:30 am the next morning I get a call from them and return it. I set up the initial test drive for 12:15. We drove over an hour to get to this dealership so they had time to get the vehicle ready. We get there and the person we were told to ask for, is on a test drive with another customer. We wait 25 minutes before he finally comes back to greet us. Switch desks 3 times. Before our test drive, he gets my information about financing which I have never had before because most of the time you test drive before you make the decision. Finally after over an hour of us being there, we are brought outside to test drive. Only for him to pull out a completely different vehicle than what I had been inquiring about and he tried playing it off until we immediately said something. He then used the excuse that the car we inquired about was given out for a loaner. We gave the Malibu that was brought out a shot and test-drove it anyway. Came back inside to talk numbers, and look outside the window to the car we had inquired about "magically" being out front. Test drove the car and it was an absolute dump. The right side tires had giant gashes that my boyfriend was able to stick his fingers into. The windshield had a chip. The car reeked of cigarette smoke and it was all yellow and even had parts that black gunk came off with the wipe of a finger. The seat had cigarette burn holes as well. Why this was not checked before allowing a customer to drive it is beyond me, as it is a MAJOR safety hazard. When we got back & the finance team came out, the manager tried to beat around the bush and would not tell us the interest rate & claimed loans were not available for 72 months & when we pushed and pushed to see it, he finally brought out the paperwork with a terrible attitude. At this point, we had been at the dealership for over 4 hours and all we had gotten was terrible customer service, no honesty & fed a bunch of nonsense. We were talked to like we were children when we questioned the fees of everything & eventually ended the conversation and walked out. Overall, don't waste your time here. Everybody tries to place the blame on another person, nobody is truthful and the deals are BS. For a company that consistently said on the phone "for professional courtesy" you guys sure don't know what that is.

Long story short. I pre paid for my oil changes, when they eventually finished my service ( oil change) an hour and a half later, I was brought to the cashier, whom I told I was pretty sure I prepped for the oil changes when I leased the vehicle. She checked with the service writer, who then asked finance, who then had to call the other dealer I got the vehical from. And confirm that yes, I had pre paid. I am just very surprised and irritated that your dealership was perfectly fine with basically double charging me for this service. I was also informed that your computer systems do not cross communicate. So it's my responsibility to inform you? This makes zero sense to me, and is unacceptable.

Judy was great. Very low pressure sales process. Gave me a fair price on my trade. Only point of hesitation was they put the paint protection on the truck prior to looking at it. Would have appreciated the opportunity to decide if I wanted it or not. They did end up discounting it for me though. Otherwise one of my most positive vehicle purchases. Highly recommend Judy in sales. Thanks again

My son bought a 2018 Chevrolet Equinox there in NOVEMBER 2022. There was no reason for us to check the air conditioning and was told everything was fine.... Well in May he tried putting on the air conditioning and it blew warm air, never got cold. I called for him cause I was there when he bought the car. Was told I had to speak to the sales manager. Which I did and was told to bring it in. My son did and was told it would be $1500. !! His payments are already high , he was told everything worked fine and it cost over $18000 ! I was going to buy a car there this fall but not if you are treated like that and are lied to! Think twice a check around.

Definitely recommend working with Ricky. Ricky made this car buying experience seem effortless. He knew what I was looking for in a vehicle and made me an offer on a beautiful car I couldn’t pass up. The only downside I didn’t care for was the interaction with one of the finance reps. She seemed a bit pushy and really didn’t want to elaborate on need to know information. Overall it was a decent car buying experience.

Original went there to look at a black Chevy impala. Just to get told that the sales guy went home sick and that there already a down payment on that car. Luckily we ran into Anthony and he put us in a very nice Chevy impala in much better shape I highly recommend Anthony
