I really am so so lucky to know leianne over the years her bandb is like no other she is so so friendly and sweet and kind hearted she makes you feel like family and when I stay there 2 Christmases ago it was beautiful thank you leianne for being such an amazing friend. 😀

I own the Main Street Manor of Delavan. Google and Trip Advisor ratings speak for themselves but I do offer exceptional accommodations with amazing breakfasts, comfortable and quiet CLEAN rooms, all with private bathrooms, Cable TV and WIFI access. I work hard to deliver the best guest experience.

What a beautiful space. Leann makes you feel like family. We called at the last minute while in town for a music festival and were pleasantly surprised she had a room for us. Leanne's breakfast are top notch, I'll say gourmet! Truly if you are planninga trip to Delavan call her!

The manor was a wonderful respite from the city! Quiet, clean, and so very comfortable. Liannes breakfasts are to die for. She made a fritatta each day and something sweet (the apple cinnamon breakfast bread pudding was my favorite!) Along with fresh fruit. If you find yourself in Delavan, I couldn't recommend this place more.

Great location!!! Wonderful host!!! Easy walk for a late morning latte at the beautiful Boxed & Burlap coffee shop in Downtown Delavan or for dinner at a downtown restaurant. I have stayed at this Bed & Breakfast several times. All the rooms that I have stayed in have been very nice and the breakfasts have been outstanding.

The owner is amazing and makes you feel like being home with your family. An awesome experience for anyone passing through or just looking for a new place to recharge.

Walkability: Everything is in walking distance to the house.
Food & drinks: Best ever. Just like mom used to make.

Beautiful manor, excellent host and the doggies are cute. Had our first experience at a B & B and now we are hooked. If you're looking for a quiet spot you found it. Thank you Lianne for making our stay a memorable one!

This quaint B&B deserves 10 stars. The town of Delevan is gorgeous keeps you out of the hub grub of busy Lake Geneva. Great restaurants bars and townfolk. Main Street manner was beyond what we expected. If you’re looking to go to Alpine for a concert think about staying at this adorable B&B. Can’t wait to return next year.

The perfect getaway when visiting Beautiful Wisconsin. We used to stay in Lake Geneva area but after one night at this lovely B&B we can't imagine staying anywhere else. Luxurious room, friendly innkeeper, delicious breakfast served daily and enticing other travelers to meet in a communal breakfast. The town is home to the famous PT Barnum circus founders birthplace. Delicious restaurants great breweries and pubs perfect time in Wisconsin. Cannot say more about this beautiful location and beautiful B&B Main St., Manor deserves 10 stars

Stayed at Lianne’s for three nights. Her home is immaculate and the rooms are comfortable. It’s walking distance to downtown Delavan where there are quite a few good restaurants. Her breakfasts were absolutely incredible!! AND she is dog friendly. finding her place was so perfect. I will definitely be going back the next time I’m in town.

First time at a B&B, couldn't have had a better experience thanks to Lianne. Warm, welcoming, friendly. The manor was very nice, clean. Would stay again and recommend to family.

Vintage modern decor - beautiful rooms. Warm and welcoming with a wonderful owner/hostess who is a masterful cook! Pet friendly and an awesome multi level deck when weather allows.
