I had such a blast trying on clothes, Sherri the store manager was so kind, friendly, and welcoming towards me and my dad! She made sure I got what I wanted and was happy with everything I got! She made sure that I had fun and she did a great job getting along with me and she brought a smile to my face the whole time!! I will be back again thank you Maurice’s for showing me such a good time and thank you Sherri for bringing a smile to my face and making me enjoy shopping for myself!!

Went to the Maurice's in Delavan today. You cannot find customer service like this anymore. In fact you're lucky to get a hello from retail associates these days, but not here! Bree is a gem! Her retail skills are amazing. Even though I could not find what I was looking for today, she went above and beyond to help me try. Very pleased with the service here... highly recommend ? Give that girl a raise!

So there's this employee, her name is savanna. She is absolutely great at what she does. You go in there, Just describe your female companion to her, and she will be able to pick out a nice outfit.

Amazing shopping experience. Karli was the best! We informed her we were on our lunch break and she jumped into action. We never had to hold an item as she constantly took them off our hands and kept them ready to check out. She was right there checking sizing and providing suggestions on what we were looking for. I felt like a celebrity the way she treated us.

The ladies here are amazing. The manager does a great job with training. The customer service is fantastic. I have a local Maurices, but I drive to Delavan because of the service. They treat you with respect, make you feel special and like you are the most important person there. The store is clean and organized.

The sales associate was pleasant and helpful and if it wasnt for her i would've never bought anything. The other female that was there that kept constantly coming out of the back had an extreme attitude. Never asked me if i needed help and had no idea the other girl had already offered.
