“Took my wife's vehicle here for squeaky brakes. Got a call from them and they informed me that it was likely brake pads that had been worked on by the dealership. They informed me that they were new enough that any repair would likely be taken care of under warranty.

They were right.

I paid a reasonable fee for their time and was able to get the dealer that installed the brakes to replace them. I appreciate the honesty this company has and will continue to be a customer of theirs because of it.”

“Id been hunting online for the vehicle that spoke to me. Id done all I had to for pre-approval and finally found the one! I found my next truck. Somehow the lines got crossed and a salesman from New Car Sales Josh called me and I let him know I was looking at a used vehicle. He helped me through everything without ever having to step in the door.
Last minute and on his day off Josh came in to finalize the paperwork and I took my new (to me) truck home.
I appreciated Josh helping and guiding me through everything, even on his day off. Nobody does that and I didn't want to wait all weekend to pick up the truck so he came in special, even when it wasn't technically his department. I really appreciated that red carpet treatment even if it was just for a used vehicle.
Ill never buy brand new but id definitely buy my next vehicle from a place where their employees literally bend over backwards for a customer.

“While, it’s unfortunate that I’ve needed a tow twice in a 30 day. Period. I would ask for nobody other than Purcell. I’ve used other tow companies (when I’m too far from Purcell) and they take three times as long to get to my location.
I needed them to send me a copy of my receipt to send for reimbursement. They were amazing and thorough.
Most recently, in an accident. She was super friendly and helpful, not only with the tow, but just being personal during a stressful event.”
