Opened a checking account last year and has been an excellent bank. I received the promised $300 promotion after opening my account. The clerks are friendly and motivated. Nice clean well lighted lobby and convenient banking hours. Keep up the good work!

i was having them order a box of half dollars and buying 100 (10) rolls at a time now i am told they can't do this anymore.Unreal that a bank can't or won't get coins for people do your job.

Not a home town bank any more. Poor customer service. Promised return phone calls never returned. Does not value the customer like when it first opened as a Community Local Bank..Poor management and ridiculous amount of employee turnover.

I recently switched from US Bank, having received less than $2.00 annual interest on a money market account averaging $20K. My experience with changing was extraordinary. A very professional account manager explained every option (CD, Money Market, etc.) in a really friendly way. After a couple of months my interest received is over $80.00 - what is not to like about that. I stayed with US for a number of years because of their nationwide coverage, with free ATMs all over. Town Bank offers up to ten free ATM usages per month at any bank in the USA. I don't know who the one star person talked to, but that employee must have gotten fired. That was about five years ago, so something has truly changed.

Nice tellers. Lots of change over to new people all the time. Too many fees. Won't straighten out mistake in our account or remove dba name from account.

Started off with promises and perks- the reality was that they con you into direct depositing your money so that they can invest and then not deliver the promotions as promised. I called several times for assistance and follow up- to be blown off repeatedly. When I finally asked for the bank manager Jake- he was useless, did not listen and interrupted while I explained a simple problem and several solutions. When I asked him for his supervisors name he refused to give it to me and when I asked for the corporate number he told me to look it up. Another greedy banker who doesn't want to be held accountable. Such a shame after there was such a simple solution.

The staff here are very nice people, however from a business aspect, more should be done concerning the length of time that business owners, and patrons have to wait for change orders that are generally called in an hour to three hours ahead of time. I do understand that issues arise, but this is a consistent problem.

Poor service. Unprofessional. Moving our businesses from another state we had higher expectations. I can't believe the local competition is similar, there must be better choices.

I absolutely love my new bank! I was an M&I customer but was incredibly unhappy. When I went to Community Bank CBD they were ready to help and ensured nothing that I experienced with M&I would happen again. I was given a personal banker who was so friendly and actually interesting in my life to give me options that I would benefit from, and showed me options for the future as well. Not only did she do all that but she helped me set up online banking and showed me the CBD App! So now I can bank local no matter where I am! I also get alerts when my account falls below a certain amount and whenever a deposit or withdrawl is made. It's so convenient. Whether you drive up to the drive thru or go inside to the tellers, everyone is happy, friendly, and ready to help. I am not just another customer at the bank, they actually make it a point to have a relationship with everyone who banks there. I love it! I STRONGLY recommend switching to this local bank!
