“This initially wasn't a 5 star experience as I made a reservation for a 16 foot truck for a 9am pickup. Truth be told, I was a bit frustrated when we arrived only to have no truck in sight. Thankfully, Josh worked with us to get a truck from Rockford so we were on our way within 2 hours. He made it right on our bill which was much appreciated and gave us an additional return window. All in all the customer service and the reliability of the truck (down to Birmingham AL) made this the quality experience it was. We'll definitely rent Penske over Uhaul again!”
