Great post office. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. It’s also clean. They are also knowledgeable about passports, which is great. The also have a great variety of stamps. Kristin and Kayla are amazing.

Called to see if my package was at the facility. I spoke with Kayla and she was very polite. Tracked my package and assisted me promptly.

November of 2022, Route driver for Walworth, WI decides we don't need our company mail anymore and starts returning all company mail to sender with no forwarding address. No forwarding address because we never went anywhere. In May of 2023, the same route driver that was incompetent enough to say our company moved, LOST a weeks worth of mail when we put a HOLD with delivery on our address for all the mail that week. A weeks worth of personal Birthday cards and business mail. This route driver couldn't properly deliver a grain of sand to a beach that's 5,000 miles long.Apologies to all my neighbors which received their mail (maybe) LATE today, since this delivery driver had to go door to door in our neighborhood and ask everyone if they received our mail that is missing.

Electronic operators do not help at all for real life questions to know if I’m going to waste my time going to the post office or not! Consider having your employees do something other then stand in the back half the day

If I could give zero stars I would. The staff is AMAZINGLY rude. Perhaps a job where they don't have to speak to anyone would be better suited for them.They stop delivering my mail entirely every 2 mos for the past year.I have made multiple attempts to rectify this, taking all of the advice that they give. I am constantly given another reason they are not delivering my mail again. My bank has now sent a new debit card 2xs and I'm basically told it's my fault they can't deliver it.Now have all my mail sent to my work because they cannot be bothered to actually deliver my mail and I won't be verbally abused when I have to go pick it up.

I love my local post office! All of the ladies who work here are so nice and friendly, very patient. They do a good job of calling for back up and moving the line along as best they can.

They do not give us the right mail. And they do not bring us the mail for everyone who lives here. I have gone and complained many times and it just get worse not better!

Went in to apply for passports 8/31/22. Clerk was rude unprofessional, didn't explain anything good. We brought all documents with us. Don't apply for a passport here, very racist workers.
