I have and sadly won't ever meet another so capable of his job. I never felt mislead, always gave it to me straight. Would go above and beyond because even after all the time working with animals always cared and was able to reference when things that may not be text book, chances are he came across it in the past. His son follows just as eager in his footsteps. Making me glad so many in the future can benefit as I and my many fur babies have over the years.
