The price difference between Dubuque and Peosta is kind of drastic, but the convenience, quickness, and customer service was worth it!”

“Recommended by Toys Done Right; I called to schedule a pickup that would be having an insurance adjuster inspection upon removal. The staff (woman, name I can’t remember) was courteous and more than helpful. Flexible with pickup time if needed but I requested asap and they were here in <20mins to DT area. ?⭐️”
“In sept 22 i was on a road to trip to get my Daughter i hit a dead deer and rim in the middle of high way at 4am. My insurance didnt help i was paniked and not sure where i was . a police officer called The tow and when it got there Josh from SOS took the time to help me with everything He went way above and beyond and showed me that there are still kind caring people in this world. I dont wish for anyone to have car problems but if you do SOS ROAD RESCUE are the ones to call I can never thank Josh and his team enough for all the help and kindness shown to me .im very sorry its taken so long to write this review but its been a rough? year”
“They had fixed 2 wheel bearings of mine a few weeks ago, turns out one of the new ones was a bad part. When I called they got me in as soon as they could and changed it under warranty! Very friendly people and great service”
“My car wouldn’t start and I needed a tow to the nearest mechanic so I called a few places around town. Harley’s has the best pricing and is known by the mechanics in town (he was actually recommended to me). Brad was nice, definitely had a sense of humor, and was very helpful!”
“I drove a UB (Snopper) truck all the way from VA. It's a cab over Mack, sort of a rare bird. I broke down after normal business hours at a Kwik Trip on Sunday, blocking their diesel truck pump. Googled, first place I called didn't want to deal with it. He referred me to these guys. Lucky me. Family place, guy on the phone was one of the owners and the guy he sent was his nephew. They got there fast, in the time he said he would, even dropped me off at a hotel and picked me back up the next day. They had to order parts from 2 different places and had me fixed the next day. I only lost 1 day. My in house shop in VA wouldn't have fixed it that fast. Fast, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Kept me informed throughout the process as well. Great communication. Top notch.”

I'm not sure of the guy's name but he was AWESOME!!! 5 stars to him . You will be the first on my list to call for service if needed again”
